as the development of the society, health is becoming more and more important in our daily life.
as the saying goes, you're what you eat. so to eat the right thing in the right way is the key to keep healthy. most fruit and vegetables are healthy food and we should eat more. an apple a day, keeps the doctor away.
sleeping is another important thing to keep healthy. without enough sleeping the body couldn't have good rest and get in good spirit.
some exercise will help us get off unnecessary fat and make us stronger. at the same time, we heve fun in the sports and happiness will also bring us health.
i hope everyone could keep healthy and lead a happy life.
随着社会的发展,健康越来越重要在我们的日常生活中。

俗话说的不好,你就是你喝什么。

所以喝恰当的事情以恰当的方式就是维持身心健康的关键。

大多数水果和蔬菜就是身心健康的`食物,我们必须喝更多。

一天一个苹果,医生靠近我。

睡觉是另一个重要的事情来保持健康。

没有足够的睡眠身体不能有良好的休息和得到良好的精神。

锻炼身体可以协助我们彻底摆脱不必要的脂肪,并使我们显得更加强悍。

同时,我们在体育本来的快感,美好也可以领略到我们身心健康。

health is very important for everyone,for once it is lost ,it can hardly come back. since health is so important ,how can we keep healthy ?
in my opinion,firstly,we should have a good eating habit. we should eat more fruits and vegetables .and we should never eat some junk food such as fried chicken .secondly,we should take more exercise after class.we can run,play basketball ,go swimming and so on. thirdly, we should get up early and go to bed early ,we shouldn't stay up too late at night.
if we do as what is mentioned above,i'm sure we can have a strong body.

as we know, keeping healthy is important to us. but what should we do to keep healthy? first,we should get up early.
we should eat healthy food, drink a lot of water and do more exercise . food can give us energy. doing exercise can make us strong. second,we should change clothes often, wash hands often, keep the air fresh and clean and do house cleaning often to stop germs from getting into our bodies.
you shouldnt keep long fingernails. at last, we should go to see a doctor at once if we dont feel well.

a healthy body is very important to us all. when you get sick, you feel
pain in your body and you dont have the energy to work. the only thing you
have to do is lie in bed. when youre healthy, you can eat well, sleep well,
sing and dance happily, and do all the things you love to enjoy.
this method enables us to adapt to change. in the morning, you can get up early, go outside, get fresh air, and exercise. running and swimming are very helpful to keep one fit. if you are a busy person, there is no special time to do these things, and there are some useful ways to improve your health. the easiest way to do this is to walk, not ride a bike or take a bus to your
