奶盖茶的正宗喝法
什么是奶盖茶？奶盖指的就是茶饮上那层细腻、绵白的泡沫。

跟奶茶的牛奶与茶的融合不同，正宗的奶盖茶特别之处就在于每一杯茶的上盖都会有一层将近
2CM厚的奶盖，下面一层为茶。

这一层奶盖，要用正纯鲜奶及奶盖粉调制而成奶油。

而假的奶盖茶加的则是奶香的泡沫，甚至连奶泡都不是。

而想要品尝到正宗的御可贡茶——奶盖茶的风味，它的喝法也有一定的讲究。

首先，要用嘴抿一抿最上层的奶盖，嗒足奶盖的味；然后再用吸管直插杯底，品尝下层的冰茶，细尝清新解渴的茶香；最后，当你把茶喝到一半的时候，可以把上层的奶盖和下层的冰茶搅拌均匀。

这时候，奶盖加上茶香又会是另一种完全不同口感的味道。

但是要值得注意的是，由于奶盖要用鲜奶打造，因此请记得每一杯奶盖茶的保质期仅有1小时。

好喝三部式：
第一式——品味奶香：先吸一口最底层的茶，可以喝到最原味的茶香；
第二式——品味茶香：打开上盖直接饮用，让茶透过奶泡进入口中，奶香混合着茶香，又是另一番滋味；
第三式——品奶茶香：直接将奶泡与茶搅拌混合，入口呈现咸中带甜的独特滋味。
