老年患者髋关节置换术后早期认知功能障碍的因素分析

【摘要】目的：研究与分析老年患者髋关节置换术后早期认知功能障碍相关因素，并实施相关预防措施。

方法选择本院2013年3月～2014年4月所收治52例老
年髋关节置换术后并发早期认知功能障碍的患者作为研究对象，分析患者术后发生认知功能障碍的相关因素和临床表现症状，并实施相关干预措施。

结果研究结果表明，本研究中的52例髋关节置换术患者术后并发认知功能障碍的发生率为6.98％，年龄、睡眠紊乱及手术打击、内环境紊乱等是导致该症状的主要因素。

经随访6～24个月，其中1周内痊愈者为63.46％（33/52）、2周内痊愈者为36.54％
（19/52）。

结论年龄、睡眠紊乱及手术打击、内环境紊乱等与老年术后发生早期认知功能障碍具有相关性，因此，术前需避免相关因素发现，同时对患者实施相关针对性干预措施以促使患者康复。

%Objective To study and analyze related factors of early cognitive impairment of elderly patients with hip replacement and to implement relevant preventive measures.Methods 52 patients with hip replacement complicated with early cognitive impairment who were admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to April 2014 were selected. Related factors and clinical manifestation symptom after operation of early cognitive impairment of patients were analyzed and relative intervention measures were implemented.Results Incidence of hip replacement complicated with cognitive impairment of 52 patients in the
study was 6.98%, and main factors resulting to this symptom included age, sleep disturbance, operation attack, internal milieu disorder and so on. In the followed up for 6 to 24 months, cured patients within week accounted for 63.46% (33/52) and cured patients within 2 weeks accounted for 36.54% (19/52).Conclusion Age, sleep disturbance, operation attack, internal milieu disorder and so on are related to early cognitive impairment after operation of elderly patients. So we should avoid related factors before operation and implement relevant target interventions to promote recovery of patients at the same time.
