The third unit of the seventh grade of the People's Education Press English Learning Companion is about "My Weekend Activities". In this unit, students will learn to talk about their weekend activities in English, including hobbies, sports, and likes and dislikes.
On Saturdays, I usually wake up late and have a big breakfast with my family. After that, I like to go out with my friends to play basketball at the park. I enjoy playing basketball because it helps me to stay fit and healthy. In the afternoon, I usually hang out with my friends at the mall or watch a movie at the cinema. In the evening, I like to relax at home and watch TV or play video games.
On Sundays, I like to sleep in and have a leisurely breakfast. Sometimes, I go for a bike ride with my family along the riverbank. Cycling is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and get some exercise. In the afternoon, I usually visit my grandparents and spend time with them. I love hearing their stories and spending time with them. In the evening, I like to prepare for the
