I feel like I'm constantly on edge, like there's a weight on my chest that just won't go away. It's like I'm always waiting for something bad to happen, even when everything seems to be going fine.
My mind is always racing, jumping from one worry to the next. It's like I can't turn off the negative thoughts, no matter how hard I try. It's exhausting, and it makes it hard to focus on anything else.
Sometimes I feel like I'm suffocating, like there's no way out of this constant state of anxiety. It's like I'm trapped in my own mind, unable to escape the overwhelming sense of dread that follows me everywhere.
I try to calm myself down, to take deep breaths and remind myself that everything will be okay. But no matter how hard I try, the anxiety always comes back, like an unwelcome guest that just won't leave.
It's like I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop, always bracing myself for the worst. It's a never-ending cycle of worry and fear that I just can't seem to break
free from.
I wish I could just relax and enjoy life without this constant sense of impending doom hanging over me. But no matter what I do, the anxiety always finds a way to creep back in.。
