My Favorite Season

There are four seasons in a year: spring, summer, fall and winter. My favorite season is summer. In summer, the weather is hot. The plants start growing. I see many flowers and trees, and I hear birds singing and bees buzzing. I wear my T-shirt and shorts. I go swimming at beach with my father. Also, I play beach games with my friends and relax on the warm sand. I like ice cream and cool drinks when the weather is hot, because the ice cools down the summ er’s heat. Summer is my favorite season, and I like it very much.

My Best Friend

My best friend is Emily. She is twelve years old. She is short, average weight, and very pretty. She likes reading and listening to music. She is very good at giving a speech in public and playing the piano. We like to go shopping on Saturdays, and sometimes we go to the movies together. She always helps me when I need help. She is my best friend, and I like her very much.
