Lesson5 Where is Danny？教学设计
一、教学目标(Teaching aims)
（一）知识目标(Knowledge aims)
1．能听懂、会说、认读和书写词汇：behind, in front of, he, she．
2．能够对“某人在哪儿, 正在做什么？”进行询问和回答。

“Where is he/ she? What is he/she doing?”
3．单复数的区别：He/ She is doing…与They are doing…
（二）能力目标(Ability aims)
会用英语描述某人在哪儿，正在做什么。

二、教学重难点(Teaching points and difficulties)
（一）重点(Points)
1．词汇：in front of, behind
2．句型：Where is he/ she? What is he/she doing?
3．句型单复数的区别：He/ She is doing…与They are doing…
（二）难点(Difficulties)
单复数的区别：He/ She is doing…与They are doing…(此难点为预设难点，教师可根据班里实际情况调整)
三、教学准备(Teaching preparation)
教师准备：教学课件，教学录音，课文动画，单词图（卡）片。

四、教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up
1．Say numbers one by one, 小组活动From1 to 100报数。

2．Review: What is it?（看图片，说地点library, school, playground, supermarket,
cinema…）Where is it?（复习前面学过的方位词）
Step 2：Presentation
1．教学课件出示Danny在盒子上不同的位置，并询问Where is Danny? He is…
2．课件出示Danny位于盒子不同位置的图片，教授单词in front of, behind．例如: Danny is in front of the box, Danny is behind the box．并用这两个短语进行操练，对本班教室进行描述。

3．教学课件播放Part1课文插图，教师提出问题:“Danny and Li Ming are playing．Where is Li Ming?”让学生带着问题学习课文内容。

教授behind, 并结合例句进行讲解。

4．引导学生观察以下三个单词的异同点：behind, beside, between．Look at the pictures in our classroom．Where is the ____? It’s ____．He/ She is ____．教师利用教学课件或教室中的人．物品练习所学的句型。

5．Watch and Listen: 教学课件出示问题：Where is Danny? Where are Jenny and Danny? What are they doing? 请学生带着问题听录音。

6．教师先提问：Where is Jenny? What is she doing? 学生回答，然后把提问的权利还给学生，培养学生的问题意识。

7．比较不同：
引导学生关注两个句子的不同用法：
He/ She is ____ing．
They are _____ing．
教师并引导学生总结出He/ She is指一个人，They are 指一些人。

8．教师再次播放Part2课文录音，让学生听录音，并模仿跟读，并注意语音语调。

Step 3: Practice
1．Make sentences
教师让学生看PPT用现在进行时造句子。

2．“Hide it”．请一名同学到门外，其他学生藏好一个东西，然后该生进入教室，其他学生问他：Where is the ____? 该生猜：It’s ____ the ____．看看谁能
在最短的时间内猜对。

Step 4: Consolidation
1．Let’s do it
完成Part3部分的练习。

同桌之间根据图片进行操练。

对话内容如下：Where is Danny? He is beside the box．
2．Letters and sounds
教学课件出示Part4课文图片，字母组合“ea, oo”相应发音。

教师教授字母组合在单词中的发音。

并让学生看单词说英语。

Step 5: Summary
师生一起总结本课所学的词汇和句型，鼓励学生提出问题。

教师点评学生的表现。

Step 6: Homework
1．跟读课文动画，用正确的语音语调朗读课文对话。

2．画一张自己卧室的简笔画并说一说房间中的物品的位置。

3．预习Unit2 L7。
