双抗治疗急性脑卒中的临床观察

【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute stroke in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Of the enrolled 390 cases with acute stroke,180 cases in control group received aspirin treatment and other 210 cases in observation group were treated with aspirin plus clopidogrel. The changes of related indicators between two groups after treatment were observed.Results Both the basic cure rate and to-tal efficiency in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P < 0.05 );additionally,total disability rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P
<0.05).After treatment the NIHSS and mRS scores were significantly decreased and the BI scores were increased,all the differences were significant(P <0.05).Obviously,the observation group got the larger changes of NIHSS,mRS and BI scores than the control group (P
<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin may have a clinical effection the treatment of acute stroke.%目的：探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑卒中的临床效果,以期提高临床诊治水平。

方法选取390例急性脑卒中患者,对照组180例以予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组210例加用氯吡格雷辅助
治疗,观察治疗后相关指标变化。

结果对照组基本痊愈率、总有效率明显低于观察组(P <0.05)；对照组治疗后总残废率明显高于观察组(P <0.05)；2组治疗后NIHSS 评分、mRS 评分较治疗前均有所下降,BI 较前有所升高,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组治疗后 NIHSS 评分、BI、mRS 评分下降幅度较对照组更明显(P <0.05)。

结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑卒中临床效果显著。
