【摘要】目的探讨吡格列酮治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征（ PCOS）的疗效和安全性。

方法我院妇科门诊就诊的青春期PCOS患者62例，随机分为吡格列酮组和二甲双胍组，每组各31例。

两组均接受生活干预和抗雄激素治疗，治疗24 w后，比较分析两组间的疗效和安全性。

结果治疗后，两组在恢复正常月经和排卵、降低雄激素水平、抑制黄体生成素（ LH）、升高孕酮（ P）、降低高胰岛素水平和降低三酰甘油（ TG）及低密度脂蛋白（ LDL）水平上疗效相当；治疗后，二甲双胍组卵泡刺激素（ FSH）和泌乳素（ PRL）水平较吡格列酮组高。

但吡格列酮组不良反应较少。

结论在改善生活方式和抗雄激素治疗基础上，加用吡格列酮治疗青春期PCOS的疗效与加用二甲双胍的疗效相当，安全性好。

%Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of pioglitazone in the treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS). Methods Total 62 adolescent PCOS patients receiving treatment in Department of Gynecology of our hospital were selected and divided randomly into pioglitazone group and metformin group,31 ones in each group. The patients in both groups received life intervention and anti-androgen therapy. Furthermore,the patients received pioglitazone or metformin treatment according to their grouping. After 24 weeks of treatment,the efficacy and safety between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the treatment,the
efficiencies of both groups were equivalent in the restoration of normal menstruation and ovulation,reduction of androgen levels,inhibition of luteinizing hormone(LH),increase of progesterone(P),and reduction of high insulin levels,triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein( LDL)levels;the metformin group had higher follicle stimulating hormone( FSH)and prolactin( PRL)levels than the pioglitazone group which had less adverse reactions. Conclusion On the basis of improvement of life style and anti-androgen therapy,additional administration of pioglitazone or metformin in the treatment of adolescent PCOS has equivalent efficiency and safety.【总页数】3页(P1197-1199)
