Unit 4 Amazing Science!Topic 2 When was it invented?Section A一、教材分析本课是仁爱版英语九年级上册第四单元Topic Two Section A部分，本节课教学内容主要是复习一般现在时的被动语态，并进一步教授一般过去时的被动语态。
基于这一语法项目的重要性，我对本课教材进行适当整合，调整某些教学顺序；先进行1b 部分的教学，复习一般现在时的被动语态，并讲解“be made of”, “be made from”两个词组之间的区别；同时通过看图说话和俩俩对话帮助学生加深对这一句型的理解，并让学生学会应用；然后再进入1a和2a对话的学习，从而将本节课的新知识：一般过去时的被动语态巩固升华。
在教学设计上，我更注重听，说，读，写四项活动相结合，以达到提高学生综合应用能力的目的。
二、学情分析初三（6）班是本年段的一个实验班，大部分学生英语基础相对较好，已养成相对自觉的学习习惯，学生的学习积极性较高；总体来看学生可塑性较强，基本能掌握本单元的单词和词组。
而且由于学生在Unit Three Topic One 中已经学过一般现在时的被动语态，而本节课主要教授一般过去时的被动语态，因此大部分学生在学习本课时相对较为轻松，也比较容易理解和掌握；很多学生对于谈论新科技及其发明较感兴趣，表现欲较强；但仍有个别英语基础差的学生在听说方面存在一定的困难。
三、教学目标(一) 知识目标1、学习新单词：rocket, metal, satellite, toothbrush, ink, recorder, digital2、学习一般过去时的被动语态。
3、学会谈论新科技及其发明。
(二) 能力目标：1、课前通过预习导纲培养学生的自学能力，提高他们发现问题和解决问题的能力。
