社区精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者心理健康状况调查

【摘要】目的探讨社区精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者心理健康状况及影响因素.方法采用一般资料问卷、Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2016年7～12月在北京某二级精神专科门诊就诊的社区精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者进行调查.结果社区精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者的焦虑和抑郁状况显著高于国内常模,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01).焦虑得分与照顾者的健康状况、护理时间有关.照顾者的健康状况是影响焦虑得分的主要因素;照顾者家庭经济状况是影响照顾者抑郁得分的主要因素.结论精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者普遍存在焦虑和抑郁情绪,照顾者的健康状况、护理时间、家庭经济状况是其影响因素,应有针对性做好精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者的心理护理.%Objective To explore the mental health status and influencing factors of family carers with schizo-phrenia in community. Methods General data questionnaire, Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) and Depression Self-Rating Scale were used. The family caregivers of community schizophrenic patients with schizophrenia who were ad-mitted to a second-level psychiatric clinic in Beijing from July to December 2016 were investigated. Results Commu-nity schizophrenic family caregivers of patients with anxiety and depression status were significant higher than domestic norm. And the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.
01 ) . Anxiety score was related to the health condition and nursing time of
the caregivers. The health status of caregivers was the main factor influencing anxiety score. The family financial status of carers was the main factor infuencing the depression score of carers. Conclusions Anxiety and depression are common in family caregivers of people with schizophrenia. The health condition, nursing time and family economic condition of the caregivers are the influencing factors, and the psychological care of the family caregiv-ers of schizophrenia patients should be well targeted.
