【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical effect of salbutamol combined with ambroxol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pul-monary disease. Method 86 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment and salbutamol,the observation group was given am-broxol on the base of the treatment in control group. the changes of pulmonary function in the two groups was observed,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The one second forced expiratory volume,the percentage of one second forced expiratory volume/ vital capaci-ty,peak expiratory flow rate respectively in the observation group after treatment compared with those in control treatment group after the comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Salbutamol combined with ambroxol can significantly improve pulmonary function in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the treatment effect is significant.%目的：探讨沙丁胺醇联合氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。

方法：选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者86例，随机分为观察组和对照组。

对照组给予常规治疗，同时给予沙丁胺醇，观察组在对照组治疗基础上同时给予氨溴索。

观察两组肺功能改变情况，评定治疗效果。

结果：观察组治疗后的第1秒
用力呼出量、第1秒用力呼出量占患者肺活量的百分比、最大呼气峰流速分别和
对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。

观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。

结论：沙丁胺醇联合氨溴索能够显著提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能，治疗效果显著。
