【摘要】目的探讨经尿道电切术联合术后吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床疗效.方法选取陕西省西安市第四医院2015年6月~2016年5月收治的74例腺性膀胱炎患者,按照入院顺序分成2组,每组37例.实验组行以经尿道电切术联合术后吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗,对照组单纯进行经尿道电切术治疗,对比2组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率以及术后一年的复发率.结果实验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,术后一年的复发率显著低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对于腺性膀胱炎患者,行以经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗,能够有效提升治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,促进患者快速恢复,而且能够提升患者的生活质量,降低复发率.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin for cystitis glandularis. Methods 74 patients with glandular cystitis from June 2015 to May 2016 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with 37 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group underwent transurethral resection combined with postoperative pirarubicin bladder perfusion therapy, the control group was simply transurethral resection of the treatment, the treatment efficiency, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence
rate of one year after surgery were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with glandular cystitis, transurethral resection of the bladder combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, promote the rapid recovery of patients, and can improve the quality of life of patients , reduce the recurrence rate.
