In on at 地点用法
1、At 表示地点
(1) 指较小的地方。

如：I＇ll wait for you at the station.我将在车站等你。

(2) 用于门牌号码前。

如：He lives at 115 Fuzhou Road.他住在福州路115号。

2、In 表示地点
(1)指较大的地方。

如：He lives in Shanghai。

他住在上海。

(2)说话人身在其中，也可以用in 表示较小的地方。

如：
I＇m now working in the post-office. 我现在在邮局工作。

3、On表示地点
(1)在……上，一般指与面或线接触。

如：
The picture was hanging on the wall. 画挂在墙上。

He put the book on the table and sat on the chair.他把书放在桌子上，人坐在椅子上。

(2)在……旁边。

如：
He lives in a house on the river.他住在河边的房子里。

(3)在……(里)。

如：
He lives on Fifth Avenue。

他住在第五大街。

I am a football member on the school team.我是学校足球队的一名成员。

一、小处at , at 把地方、地点、位置当作一个“点”：

(地址要用at，不能用in)

二、大处in . in把地方、地点、位置当作一个范围或一个封闭的空间：
1. I live in London. 我住在伦敦。

(大城市用in)
2. I live in England, at London. 我住在英国伦敦。

(England大过London 喔)
3. I live in a big city, my sister lives at a small town. 我住在大城市，我姐姐住在一个小市镇。

(如果把city看做一个圆圈，small town就成一个点。

因此就in a city, at a small town. 呵呵)
4. We have a meeting in Beijing. 我们有北京有一个会议。

5. Mars is in the Solar System. 火星在太阳系里。

6. in a car 乘汽车(=by car，不是on a car 也不是by a car 喔)
7. in a taxi 乘的士(=by taxi，不是on a taxi 或by a taxi )
8. in a helicopter 乘直升机
9. in a boat 乘小船
10. in a lift (elevator) 乘电梯(电梯像个笼子，用in ) 11. in the newspaper 在报上,in a book在书上，in a picture
12. in the sky(air)在空中
13. in the bed 在床上(也可用onthe bed)
14. in the bedroom/ class/ library/ school 在寝室/课室/图书馆/学校
in表示“在里面”和“中间”：
in the forest (fields,hills, mountaons) in the middle (center, corne r) in the world
in Europe(but on the contient)

***注意：home 前一般用at ，但若有物主代词和冠词等定语修饰时，须用in代替at.

三. on 把地方、地点、位置当作一个平面：
表示地点时，指“在……之上(与表面接触)”，“靠近、接壤”及“在左右边”都用on.
表示位置时表示区域的边界附近，可以是属于这个区域的一部分或相互接壤。

例：
1.The author's name is on the cover of the book. 在书的封面上有作者
的名字。

2. 2. There are no prices on this menu. 在这菜单上没有价钱。

3. 3. You are standing on my foot. 你踏到我的脚了。

4.There was a "no smoking" sign on the wall. 在那墙上有个“不准吸烟”
