【摘要】目的：观察膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中E盒结合锌指蛋白2（ZEB2）和 E-钙黏附蛋白（E-cadherin）的表达变化，并探讨其意义。

方法选取57例份膀胱尿路上皮癌患者的肿瘤组织标本为观察组，15例份正常膀胱组织标本为对照组，采用
免疫组化SP法检测两组ZEB2和E-cadherin蛋白。

分析ZEB2、E-cadherin蛋
白表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌临床病理参数的关系及二者表达的相关性。

结果观察组、对照组ZEB2蛋白表达阳性率分别为50．9％（29／57）、13．3％（2／15），二者相比，P＜0．05。

观察组、对照组E-cadherin蛋白表达阳性率分别为33．3％（19／57）、80％（12／15），二者相比，P＜0．05。

ZEB2蛋白表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌患者TNM分期、是否存在淋巴结转移情况有关，P均＜0．05。

E-cadherin 蛋白表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌患者病理分级、TNM分期有关，P均＜0．05。

Spearman等级相关性分析表明膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中ZEB2、E-cadherin蛋白的表达呈负相关（r＝－0．611，P＝0．000）。

结论膀胱尿路上
皮癌组织中ZEB2蛋白高表达、E-cadherin蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中低表达。

ZEB2、E-cadherin的异常表达可能与膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生、发展有
关。

%Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of E-box binding zinc finger protein 2 (ZEB2)and E-cadherin in urothelial carcinoma of urinary bladder.Methods The protein expression of ZEB2 and
E-cad-herin from 57 cases of tumor tissue specimens in patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma (observation group)and 15 ca-ses of normal bladder tissue specimens (control group)was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationships be-tween the expression of ZEB2 and E-cadherin and clinicopathological features of bladder urothelial carcinoma as well as the correlation between them were investigated.Results The positive expression rates of ZEB2 in the observation group and the control group were 50.9%(29/57)and
13.3%(2/15),respectively (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of E-cad-herin in the observation group and the control group were 80%(12/15)and 33.3%(19/57),respectively (P<0.05). The expression of ZEB2 protein was correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis of bladder urothelial carcino-ma,and the expression of E-cadherin protein was correlated with pathological grade and TNM stages of bladder urothelial carcinoma (all P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of ZEB2 and E-cadherin protein in bladder urothelial carcinoma was negatively correlated (r=-0.611,P=0.000).Conclusion ZEB2 protein is highly expressed and E-cadherin protein is low expressed in patients with urothelial carcinoma of urinary bladder,and the abnor-mal expression of ZEB2 and E-cadherin may be related to the occurrence and development of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
