摘要：PURPOSE:To provide the head control system for a magnetic disk device multi-zoned using variable clock frequency by a sector servo system. CONSTITUTION:A first face and a second face are divided into plural zones and a magnetic disk 10 having a first area to be same zone and a second area to be different zone as to the first face and the above-mentioned second face is used. When that the first head 11a is attained to the second area of a magnetic disk is detected and the first head is attained to the second area, a head fetching servo information is switched to the second head 11b, the servo signal of the second face is fetched by the second head 11b in the second area.
