thanks for ... 表示“因……而感谢”,后直接接名词或动词-ing形式。

photo的复数是在词尾加“s”，在英语中以字母o结尾的名词很多，其复数形式有的加“s”，有的加“es”。

如：
●+ s：radio （收音机） piano （钢琴）
●+ es：tomato（西红柿） potato（土豆）
2、Here are some of my photos.
这是一个倒装句，正常语序为：Some of my photos are here. 为了强调地点状语，将there放在句首,句子的主语和谓语颠倒,即谓语在主语之前。

但如果主语是代词，则主谓语不能颠倒，be动词和主语保持一致。

如：
Here you are. / Here it is. 你要的东西在这里。

some of后面通常接可数名词复数或不可数名词, 表示“……中的一些”。

如:
There are some of my photos on the desk. 书桌上有我的一些照片。

3、In the last photo I’m with my sister Gina.
此处last作形容词，意为“最后的；最末的”，用于表示时间或顺序。

如：
Saturday is the last day of the week. 星期六是一周的最后一天。

with... 意为“和……（在）一起”。

如：
Can you play games with us? 你能和我们一起做游戏吗？
