每个瑜伽修行者都应知道的5个梵文词这是你在瑜伽课堂上最常听到的5个词↓↓↓1. Asana.(体式)Asana【AH’-sah-nah】。
Asana这个梵文词现在被认作是等同于体位法、瑜伽动作、或者英文的posture, 但是其梵文的本意就是“坐” - 来自动词“坐下”。
瑜伽体式能全方位活化身体,对各大身体系统的功能有协调统一的作用。
体式的练习让我们能逐渐安定下来,学会开始观察自己。
瑜伽体式的练习要点是:觉知、放松、循序渐进。
2.Namaste.(合十礼)Namaste【na-ma-ste】。
“Nama”是鞠躬的意思,“as”是“我”的意思,“te”是“你”的意思,所以合在一起就是“我向你鞠躬”,“你向我鞠躬”。
中文的意义上可以理解为您好、欢迎光临及致意的意思。
行“合十礼”的时候,双手掌合并置于心脏前,头部下底,用头部去触碰手指尖。
也可以将手放到前额上,低头,然后将手再放回心前(这个是最高的礼节了)。
在西方世界,当人们做这个姿势的时候都会说“Namaste”,但是在印度,这个姿势就是“Namaste”的意思,所以在印度行“合十礼”的时候,不需要说“Namaste”。
将手置于心前会让神明更垂爱我们,低头闭眼,说明我们臣服于神明,将神明真正放在了心上。
你可以用冥想的技巧做合十礼,只是将手下拉置于心前就好。
对老师和学生来说,合十礼会让他们丢掉自我,无间相处。
当你每次都真心做这个姿势向神明低头的话,你的精神思想会开出灿烂的花朵。
3.Om.(AUM)Om【AUM、“唵”】。
Ooooooohhhhhmmmmmmm。
这是宇宙的声音,代表宇宙之初的振动。
从本质上讲,我们都是这个宇宙的一部分-总是在移动,总是在变化,总是在呼吸。
当你吟唱Om时,你正在进入那振动状态。
《瑜伽经》讲述:重复的念诵OM并深思其涵义;可扫除内心一切的障碍到达三摩地。
在瑜伽世界里对于宇宙的初始有这么一个说法:那是在亘古以前,星球中有一些微微的,嗡嗡的声响,这些声响来自于物体能量的频律发出的音波,而这些声波用很多科学仪器收集、压缩、整理后,发现居然来自一个很简单又很原始的声音,那就是OM。

Tadasana[de]意思是山。Sama[de]意思是垂直不动[de]。Sthiti就是站立不动。Tadasana这个体式也就是说要像山一样牢固地站立不动。这是一个基本[de]站立姿势。

这是以圣哲Koundinya命名的体式。
专注于圣哲康迪亚二式可以调节腹部和脊椎,加强手臂和手腕力量,使你的自信有很大的程度的提升。
康迪亚式的体式功效:加强手臂和手腕,增强腹部和脊椎。
在进入体式之前,先热身,做3轮拜日式A和B。
然后练习仰卧手拉大脚趾式、四柱支撑、双角式。
体式进入:·下犬式开始,双手与肩同宽。
左脚向前迈步,越过左臂的外侧,并把它放在左手前面的地板上。
·弯曲左肘,将躯干向右,将左肩和整个躯干的左侧尽可能低地放在左大腿内侧。
将大腿向躯干方向压,将左上臂和肩膀尽可能滑到膝盖以上的左大腿后部的下方。
把大腿后侧放在大臂尽可能靠近肩的地方。
·保持你的重心在两手之间,开始在地板上移动你的左脚,这样腿的重量就会越来越多地落到胳膊上;让右脚自然地稍微向右移动一点,脚跟必须离开地板,尽可能地伸直膝盖,有力地伸直脚,伸展。
·弯曲双肘,就像四柱支撑时的手臂状态,将重心向前移至双手之间,直到你能抬起你的后腿。
