1、容错以太网是PKS的控制网络,FTE不但提供了容错的特点,也提供了快速网络的相应,及工业以太网的控制应用的安全性。
FTE(Fault Tolerant Etherent)容错以太网,是冗余网络结构的单网,通过Honeywell的FTE驱动,及商用的网络设备实现的。
FTE网络包括冗余的交换机和电缆。
拓扑:双重并行树形网络在顶部接在一起。
2、交换机之间的级联线(cross link)构成单网。
商用的网络设备指交换机、双口单网卡或单口双网卡。

树网:连接到A交换机上A口形成的网叫A网(Y ellow tree)。

5、PKS系统服务器心脏部分是实时数据库RTDB( real time database),实时数据库主要存储过程数据、历史数据、组态数据、用户数据、报警和事件、系统状态。
6、操作站类型:FLEX操作站、Console和Console Extension操作站。
服务器中的过程数据及相关的报警和事件,直接来自于控制器。
FLEX操作站(F站):过程数据及相关的报警和事件,还有其他数据信息,直接来自服务器;组态ES-F两种连接方法:固定连接方法(Static):提供了特定ES-F的一种永久性专用连接。
轮替连接方法(Rotary):提供了一种按需的连接,适用不需要全日制操作访问时。
Console操作站(C站):过程数据及相关的报警和事件,直接来自于控制器;其他数据信息来自于服务器;Console Extension操作站(CE):过程数据及相关的报警和事件,还有其他数据信息,全部信息都来自与C站。
7、一个C300控制器带有两个IOLINK,每个IOLINK最多支持40个IO卡件,而一个控制器最多支持64个IO卡件。

综述PKR与胰岛素抵抗
2型糖尿病是一种常见的、多发的内分泌代谢失常性疾病,它的特点是根治难、并发症多、发病率高,目前已成为仅次于肿瘤和心血管疾病之后的第三大非传染性疾病。
2型糖尿病是一种多基因遗传性疾病,一般认为它的发生是多源性的,是环境因素和遗传因素共同作用的结果。
外周组织的胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞的失代偿是糖尿病的重要发病机制[1-2]。
胰岛素抵抗发生的部位主要在肝脏、肌肉及脂肪组织,是对胰岛素敏感性的降低,原因是由于机体对胰岛素生理作用的反应性降低,主要是受体后部位对胰岛素的生物反应受损,从而引发糖耐量受损并最终导致糖尿病。
胰岛素抵抗中胰岛素信号通路受阻是重要的原因之一,在外周组织中发现PKR的激活能够通过激活IKKβ和JNK阻碍胰岛素信号通路的PI3K途径从而引起胰岛素抵抗[3-4]。
现将PKR和胰岛素抵抗的关系进行综述。
1PKRPKR(double-stranded RNA-dependent protein kinase)是一种双链RNA依赖性蛋白激酶,在干扰素、dsRNA、病毒等诱导下激活。
它是一个丝/苏蛋白激酶,是elF2α的特异蛋白激酶,也是典型的胞内模式识别受体之一[5-6]。
在所有细胞中都存在PKR基础水平的表达,但是在干扰素诱导下它的表达量可升高5-10倍,而在小鼠、昆虫和酵母细胞中过表达PKR对细胞的生长有极其严重的抑制作用。
PKR的激活能够催化elF2α的磷酸化,导致蛋白质合成抑制达到抑制病毒复制的作用,因此它参与构成了细胞抗病毒的第一道防线[7-8]。
此外,PKR还通过NF-kB及STAT细胞因子对细胞信号转导和转录激活产生影响,因此PKR能够参与调节细胞的生长、分化、信号转导和凋亡过程[9]。
1.1PKR的结构人类的PKR基因定位于人染色体2p21—22,是一个含有551个氨基酸残基的蛋白质,含有两个主要区域:位于N末端的调控区域和位于C末端的催化区域。
其中调控区域是由双链RNA结合区域dsRBM1和dsRBM2构成,这样的区域可以介导与PKR激活物dsRNA 的结合。

一、引言机动通信系统是一种针对特种任务,在特定的区域构建起来,能够承载数据通信、话音通信和视频通信等多种通信业务的机动通信网络。
该网络是一个包含了光纤、被复线、微波、卫星、电台、宽带无线通信等各种通信子网络的综合通信系统集合,在实际铺设和使用过程中,机动通信系统具有高度的机动性和灵活性,要求能够根据实际环境和通信需求进行灵活配置、按需扩展。
目前,随着现代信息技术发展,机动通信系统的需求不断提高,大量专用与通用的信息系统装备也随之应运而生,各类通信装备蓬勃发展,不同形态和体制的装备相继被研制和投入使用,使得当前机动通信系统的发展态势呈现出“烟囱式”的发展模式[1]。
各种通信装备在通信系统的综合集成过程中,开始出现设备种类繁多、设备功能重复堆叠、通信网络布线布局复杂困难、集成系统维护保障效率低下等一系列的问题。
机动通信系统为了保证机动性,其通信手段通常以无线通信为主,有线通信为辅,结合网络交换设备,最终构成一个完整的通信网络,其中无线通信设备主要包括超短波、短波及宽带无线通信设备,有线通信设备则以被复线传输设备及光纤传输设备为主。

财务管理的任务是:(一)筹集、管理资金这就是要保证物业经营的需要,加快资金周转,不断提高资金运用的效能,尤其是提高自有资金的收益率。
物业管理公司的主要经济来源是房租收入、物业有偿服务管理费收入,要大力组织租金收入,加强有偿服务管理费的收费工作,做到应收尽受,提高回收率。
另外,在资金使用上,对各项支出要妥善安排,严格控制,注意节约,防止浪费。
充分发挥资金的效果。
(二)经济核算通过财务活动加强经济核算,改善经营管理,降低修缮、维修、养护成本,不断降低消耗,增加积累,提高投资效益和经济效益。
(三)多元经营积极组织资金,开辟物业经营市场,“一业为主,多元经营”,不断寻求物业经营的新生长点,不断拓展物业经营的新领域,形成新优势。
(四)财务监督实行财务监督,维护财经纪律。
物业管理公司的经营、管理、服务,必须依据国家的方针、政策和财经法规以及财务计划,对公司预算开支标准和各项经济指标进行监督,使资金的筹集合理合法,资金运用的效果不断提高,确保资金分配兼顾国家、集体和个人三者的利益。
同时,要在分配收益上严格遵守国家规定,及时上缴各种税金,弥补以前年度亏损,提取法定公积金、公益金,并向投资者分配利润。
公司财务会计管理制度财务管理制度是公司内部管理的重要制度,是保证有关财务管理工作规范化、标准化的一系列具体规定。
(一)会计核算方法及凭证账册制度(1)公司采用借贷复式计账法,会计科目和核算方法以企业单位预算会计为主,结合公司的实际,设置银行现金日记账、总分类账、各项明细分类账;(2)原始凭证是计账的依据,财会人员必须认真审核各种原始凭证,要求一切原始凭证必须手续完备、合法,内容真实,数字正确,日期和印章齐全,大、小写相符等,不得有白条报账,不得有涂改。
一切原始凭证经审核无误后,才能填制记账凭证,据以记账;(3)财会记账员应对一切原始凭证记账负责,账簿的记载不得挖补、涂改或用褪色药水消除字迹,记账应使用钢笔,不准用铅笔或圆珠笔,发生错误应根据性质,采用划线更正或红线更正。
凭证、账册应根据专人列册登记,妥善保管,不得丢失。
有关会计报表、账册、会计凭证保存年限按上级规定办理;(4)指定专人保管一切未使用的重要空白凭证,如支票、现金收据、发货票据等,动用时由领用人办理领用手续。
对误写的收据或作废的支票,应注销作废章,妥善保存,不得销毁废弃。
(二)货币资金管理制度(1)严格按照国家有关现金管理制度的规定,除抵补现金库存外,非经银行同意,不得将业务收入坐支留用,严格分清收支两条线;(2)做好库存现金的保管工作,有关证券和现金必须放在银箱内,确保安全。
对指定使用备用金的人员必须进行定期检查、核对,做好备用金的管理,库存现金不得超过银行规定的限额。
①建立健全现金账目,做到日清月结,钱账相符,杜绝白条抵库或账外现金,禁止私立“小金库”;②对超过现金收付限额以上的收付款项,必须通过银行结算。
(三)费用现金报销制度为了加强现金报销管理,严格执行财政纪律,对各项现金报销拟定以下制度:(1)差旅费报销制度(具体内容略,下同);(2)加班费报销制度:(3)医药费报销制度;(4)客饭招待费报销制度。
(四)往来账目清理制度做好结账收付款的工作是保证管理正常运转的重要环节。
财务人员要及时结账收款,摧收应收账款。
过月未收的账款,要上门催收。
对月终尚未清理的债权债务,应查明原因,列出清册。
财会人员不能解决的事项应及时上报领导。
(五)会计报表制度会计报表是经营收支执行情况的重要组成部分,其书写报告是领导和上级主管部门了解管理部经济状况和领导工作的重要信息资料,也是编制下半年收支计划的重要依据。
所以,要保证报表的数据准确,内容完整,报送及时,手续完备。
对年度结算报表,应附有分析收支计划执行情况的说明。
(六)固定资产管理制度1.固定资产的涵义固定资产是指使用期限较长,单位价值较高,在使用过程中保持原有实物形态的资产,是管理部门进行有偿服务所必须的物质条件。
为保证固定资产的安全完整,提高使用效率,应管好用好这些资产,提高服务效益和经济效益。
2.固定资产的范围和分类(1)凡单价在200元以上的一般设备,单价在500元以上的专用设备,其耐用时间在一年以上的,均列为固定资产;(2)不满上述金额的设备而耐用时间在一年以上的大批量同类财产,也列为固定资产;(3)固定资产分为房屋及建筑物,专用设备,家具设备,电器设备,一般设备等大类。
3.固定资产的账务处理(1)固定资产实行分级管理,物资管理部门应建立分类明细账和固定资产登记卡,使用部门应掌握本部门的物品情况,建立物品使用登记卡;(2)购入、自制和馈赠的固定资产,一律开具验收单,并填写登记卡,标明编号;(3)固定资产领用时应填写领用单,并由使用人在登记卡上签名,表明其设备由其保管使用;调离岗位时应将物品缴回,并注销账卡;(4)固定资产的报废、报损,应由部门填写报废、报损单,经财产管理部门审核后,按批准权限逐级审批,方可核销;(5)固定资金调拨,应严格按规定办理。
调拨时,先由部门填写调拨申请单,经双方部门领导和上级主管部门签章后有效,使用部门不得自行处理。
4.固定资产的管理职能(1)固定资产管理员应负责管理部全部财产的管理,办理固定资产的购置、验收、领发、建卡、报废、报损的处理及账务核算工作,做到账、卡、物相符,每年末进行一次清点、核账,并及时调整账目;(2)为保证固定资产账、卡、物的准确性,管理部门和使用部门要相互配合,定期进行盘点,盈、亏要填表,通过财务部门调整账、卡。
公司财务管理的机构及职责(一)财务部门机构的设置物业管理公司的财务会计与其他行业的机构设置也大致相同,只是工作内容和方法有物业管理行业的特点。
根据物业管理公司的具体情况、资质等级及规模大小、人员可以灵活配备。
财会部门一般可设置下列人员:财务会计部经理、主管会计、出纳、电脑员、统计员、收费员。
(二)财会人员的岗位职责1.财会部经理(1)向企业领导人负责,组织公司的财会管理工作,当好企业负责人的经营管理参谋;(2)每月、每季审核各种会计报表和统计报表,写出财务会计分析报表,送企业法人审阅;(3)检查、监督物业管理各项费用的及时收缴,保证企业资金的正常运转;(4)审核控制各项费用的支出,杜绝浪费;(5)合理有效地经营管理好企业的金融资产,为企业创造利润;(6)根据物业管理行业的具体特点、依据财会管理有关法规、政策、文件,制定财会管理具体制度和操作程序;(7)组织拟定物业管理各项费用标准的预算方案,送企业领导、业主委员会和相关主管部门审核、修定;(8)研究熟悉和实施相关的工商、财会及税务、物价等管理制度,运用法律、行政处分和经济手段保护公司的合法权益。
2.主管会计(1)向部门经理负责,具体组织好本部门的日常管理工作;(2)每日做好各种会计凭证和账务处理工作;(3)每月、每季按时做好各种会计报表,定期向业主委员会公布管理收缴及使用情况;(4)负责检查、审核各经营管理部门及下属机构的收支账目,向企业领导及时汇报工作情况;(5)检查银行、库存现金和资产账目,做到账账相符,账实相符;(6)按照物业管理的行业特点和需要,分类计账;完成企业领导交办的财会工作。
3.出纳(1)遵守公司员工守则和财务管理制度;(2)管理好公司的现金收付、银行存款的存取,保管现金、有价证券、银行支票等;(3)及时追收企业各种应收款项,保护企业和业主利益不受损失;(4)编制有关现金收付记账凭证、现金日记账、银行日记账的工作;(5)及时办理各项转账、现金支票,按月将银行存款余额与银行对账单核对相符,并交会计作账。
4.统计员(电脑员)(1)及时统计、存储各种费用收付资料,供主管会计参考;(2)维护好电脑设备,保管好所有资料,对变动资料数据应及时修改并存储;(3)及时输入打印收费通知单,保证费用的按时收缴。
5.收费员(1)负责物业管理费等各项费用的通知和收缴;(2)对缴费情况随时进行统计,及时追讨欠缴费用;(3)承接与物业管理相关的经营服务收费,为业主办理各项公用事业费的缴付;(4)和业主(使用人)交朋友,争取他们对物业管理工作的理解和支持,协助搞好“窗口”服务;(5)完成企业和部门领导交办的其他任务。
