多元智能理论强调,人类智能是多元而非单一的,每个人都有独特的智能结构和智能优势,每个人的学习方式都是独特的,所以一个人不可能学会所有的东西。

多元智能理论有助于转变我们的教学观,做到因材施教,有助于形成正确的评价观,注重对不同人的不同智能的培养;有助于转变我们的学生观,多方面了解学生特长,并相应地采取适合其特点的教学方法,使学生的特长达到充分的发展;有助于形成正确的发展观,让学生在接受学校教育的同时,发现自己至少有一个方面的长处,热切追求其自身内在的兴趣。

2.建构主义学习理论学习者的知识是在一定情境下,借助于他人的帮助,如人与人之间的协作、交流、利用必要的信息等等,通过意义的建构而获得的。

因此,学习是一个积极主动的建构过程;知识是个人经验的合理化,而不是说明世界的真理;知识是商谈出来的;学习者的建构是多元化的。

因此,建构主义学习理论强调教学必须以学生为中心,强调学生对知识的主动探索、主动发现和对所学知识在原有经验基础上的意义生成,要求教师由知识的传授者、灌输者转变成为学生主动建构知识的帮助者、促进者,学生学习的合作者。

1. 布卢姆掌握学习理论认为所谓学生成绩的正态分布是人为造成的,并没有必然性,提出了掌握学习策略。

布卢姆指出,除2%一3%感情和身体上有缺陷的学生和1%一2%的具有超常能力的学生外,只要提供适当的条件绝大多数学生都能达到对学习内容的掌握。

我在该课中充分利用反馈—矫正程序,当堂收集学生的反馈信息,发现学生学习上的难点或没有掌握的内容,然后给学生第二次学习机会并辅之于小组活动、个别辅导等多种矫正手段,最终使绝大多数学生达到对学习内容懂得掌握。

2. 叶澜教授“让课堂充满生命活力”的课堂理论,开创了新基础教育的先河,为当前基础教育课程改革奠定了坚实的理论基础和舆论基础。

叶澜教授认为,传统教学论从教的角度探讨问题,实用教学论则从学生的立场出发,教育心理学的兴趣在心理过程的分析,社会学的眼光集中在师生互动、课堂生活、人际关系等的描述上,他们都缺乏具有课堂教学本质的理性的认识。

课堂教学的目标应全面体现培养目标,促进学生的全面发展,而不是只限于认识方面的发展。

我在本堂课充分利用这一理论,以实现目标达成。
