Park the vehicle on level ground and engage the parking brake.2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.3. Unclip the wire harness from the factory hot side charge pipe on the passenger side of the vehicle 1.4. Disconnect the bypass valve actuator connector on the hot side charge pipe 2 .by sliding the security tab back then pressing the tab down an pulling it off the sensor.5. Disconnect the bypass valve hose on the factory air intake tube 3 by squeezing the ribbed features and pulling upwards on it.6. Loosen the clamp securing the passenger hot side charge pipe coupling to the turbo 47. Loosen the clamp securing the passenger hot side charge pipe coupling to the driver side hot charge pipe 5.8. Remove the three screws securing the hot side charge pipe to the vehicle 6.9. Release the factory retaining clip securing the hot side charge pipe connection together by sliding the clip backto lock it in the open position 7.10. Remove the passenger side and y-merge portion of the hot side charge pipe from the vehicle.11. Loosen the clamp securing the driver’s side hot charge pipe coupling to the turbo 812. Remove the driver’s side hot charge pipe from the vehicle.13. Underneath the vehicle loosen the two rearward screws securing the skid plate then remove the four remainingscrews from the skid plate and remove it from the vehicle 9.14. Release the factory retaining clip from the intercooler connection on the driver’s side of the vehicle for the hotside charge pipe 10 and disconnect it from the intercooler.15. Remove the lower half of the hot side charge pipe from the vehicle from the bottom.Note: The retaining clip at the intercooler side of the charge pipe will need to be removed for reuse with the aFe charge pipe.16. Lift the two metal retainers up enough to slide the retaining clip out of the factory charge pipe and remove theclip 11.17. Install the factory retaining clip onto the supplied aFe intercooler adaptor with the opening of the clip at thenotch in the adaptor 12Note: Be sure to lubricate the O-ring with grease to prevent it from tearing during installation.18. Install the supplied 66mm inner diamater x 5mm width O-ring into the groove on the inside of the aFeintercooler adaptor 13.19. Remove the bypass valve actuator and hose from the factory hot side charge pipe 1420. Install the factory bypass valve actuator and hose onto the supplied aFe passenger hot side charge pipe usingthe supplied M6x1.0x20mm screws, M6 washers, and factory clamp 15.21. Install the supplied 2.25”x1.50”x 45Deg reducer coupling along with one 2.25″ – 2.5″ spring loaded T-Boltclamp onto the longer end of the aFe passenger hot side charge pipe 16, do not tighten the clamp yet.22. Install the supplied 2.25”x3”L straight coupling along with one 2.25″ – 2.5″ spring loaded TBolt clamp onto theshorter end of the aFe passenger hot side charge pipe 17, do not tighten the clamp yet.Note: Be sure to use thread sealant on the plug or sensor to prevent any leaking.23. If you are not using any aftermarket sensors, install the supplied 1/8” NPT plug 18 into the threaded fitting onthe aFe lower hot side charge pipe.Note:Be sure to thoroughly clean all oil residue off of the connections before installing any of the aFe couplings onto the vehicle.24. Install the supplied aFe silicone reducer coupling 2.25″x1.50”x 4”L and one supplied 2.50″ – 2.75″ springloaded T-Bolt clamp onto the shorter end of the supplied aFe driver’s hot side charge pipe 19, do not tighten the clamps yet.25. Install the aFe driver’s hot side charge pipe into the vehicle 20 along with one supplied SmartSeal 032 (1.94″ –2.31″ ) clamp, do not tighten the clamp yet.26. Install the factory driver’s side air intake tube back into the vehicle 21, do not tighten the clamps yet.27. Install one aFe silicone straight coupling 2.25″x 3”L and one 2.50″ – 2.75″ spring loaded TBolt clamp onto theside of the aFe lower hot side charge pipe with the mounting bracket 22, do not tighten the clamps yet.28. Install the aFe lower hot side charge pipe into the vehicle 23, connecting the coupling from the previous step tothe aFe driver’s hot side charge pipe along with one 2.50″ – 2.75″ spring loaded T-Bolt clamp, do not tighten the clamp yet.29. Install the aFe passenger hot side charge pipe into the vehicle 24, connecting the straight coupling to the aFelower hot side charge pipe, along with one 2.50″ – 2.75″ spring loaded T-Bolt clamp, do not tighten the clamp yet.30. Connect the opposite end of the aFe passenger hot side charge pipe to the turbo outlet 25, along with oneSmartSeal 032 (1.94″ – 2.31″ ) clamp, do not tighten the clamp yet.31. Reconnect the bypass valve actuator connector on the aFe hot side charge pipe 26, be sure to lock thesecurity tab.32. Reconnect the bypass valve recirculation hose to the air intake tube 27, ensure it snaps into place.33. Install the aFe intercooler adaptor onto the intercooler on the driver’s side of the vehicle.Line up the notch on the adaptor with the notch on the intercooler, and ensure the retaining clip snaps into the intercooler all of the way around 28.34. Install the aFe silicone elbow coupling 2.75″x 90Deg and two 3″ – 3.25″ spring loaded TBolt clamps into thevehicle connecting the adaptor from the previous step and aFe lower hot side charge pipe 29, do not tighten the clamp yet.35. Adjust all of the aFe charge pipes so they are not touching anything and lined up with the mounting holes onthe vehicle.36. Secure the aFe hot side charge pipes to the vehicle using three of the M6 x 1 x 20mm and M6 washers 30.37. Tighten all of the clamps on the aFe charge pipes and the air intake tube.38. Reinstall the skid plate onto the vehicle.39. Reconnect the negative battery cable.40. 开关管导通后源极到漏极电压下降到 RDSon ⋅ ID ,而且此时变压器漏感和初级开关管 输出电容之间会产生寄生震荡,导致整流开关管上有电压振铃而会令VDS电平下降 到VTH1, 可能导致误关断。所以IR1167芯片内部采用专用逻辑电路(MOT和tblank) 防止抖动引起的误关断和导通,这将在后文中详细介绍。

Enclosed circuit breaker (ECB) with Arcflash Reduction Maintenance SystemOverviewThe enclosed circuit breaker (ECB) with Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System E is an extension of the arc flash risk reducing solutions currently offered by Eaton. The assembly provides an enclosed circuit breaker with functionality that allows the operator to place the breaker into a maintenance mode, thus reducing the amount of available arc flash incident energy downstream. This is the market’s first UL T listed, enclosed circuit breaker design with arc flash mitigation technology. It’s a fully industrialized, packaged solution that uses Eaton’s Digitrip E 310+ technology with Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System. The new ECB with Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System is a welcome addition to the product line not only for applications affected by 2014 updates to NEC T Article 240.87, but for any application where a reduction of the amount ofavailable arc flash incident energy is desired.The information below is taken directly from the National Electrical Code T (NEC) 2014. Changes to Code text made in the2014 edition are highlighted by gray shading.2Technical Data TD008010ENEffective June 2017Enclosed circuit breaker (ECB) with Arcflash Reduction Maintenance SystemEATON Product descriptionSelected models of Eaton’s molded case circuit breakers are available with an Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System toprovide reduced levels of incident arc flash energy when put in the maintenance mode. The Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System is available within an enclosed circuit breaker assembly, including KD, HKD, LGE, LGH, NGS, and NGH frame circuit breakers using the Digitrip 310+ electronic trip unit. These trip units have maintenance mode settings of 2.5 and 4.0 times the current rating. This dedicated Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System analog sensing circuit delivers breaker clearing times that are faster than the standard instantaneous function by eliminating microprocessor processing latencies. This faster clearing time provides superior arc flash energy reduction as compared to competitors’ systems that simply lower the pickup set point of the standard instantaneous function. When the Eaton Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System is enabled, the resulting reduced arc flash energy allows for reduced PPE, which improves worker dexterity and mobility. The pickup setting of each Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System trip unit is determined by completing a power system analysis to assess the arcing fault current levels at the circuit breaker. Based on that analysis of the arcing fault current, the Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System maintenance mode pickup settings are defined, achieving a reduced level of arc flash energy. The maintenance mode isactivated by switching the lockable selector switch on the front of the enclosure, allowing this to be integrated into standard lock-out/tag-out procedures. Positive indication that the Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System maintenance mode is active is shown with a blue LED indicating light on the front of the enclosure. 本地控制系统主要对主电路进行电压电流闭环控制。
恒压时为电压电流双环控制21,外环电压控制环由电压给定和电压采样值相减,误差信号经PI运算后得到电流给定。

储能变流器是储能系统中的一个重要环节,而变流器模块在整个电力储能系统中充当核心单元的作用,变流器控制系统平台直接关系着整个储能系统的精确性、可靠性、及响应速度。
一个完整的储能变流器不仅需要整流逆变电路对交流直流形式进行转换,还需要一个双向DC/DC变流器对直流进行变换,以达到对电池快速充放电及不损害电池的使用寿命的目的。
其中本地控制器实现对双向DC/DC储能变流器 BUCK 及 BOOST 模式的恒压或恒流控制,上位机远程控制系统主要对系统运行模式以及输出电压电流进行设置。
实验结果表明,该系统能对储能变流器进行可靠、有效的控制,输出电压电流波形符合设计要求。
关键词:双向DC/DC;BUCK及BOOST;数字控制一、系统控制原理整个系统的控制分为本地控制器控制部分和上位机控制部分。
本地控制系统主要对主电路进行电压电流闭环控制。

内环电流控制环由电流给定和电流采样值相减,误差信号经PI运算得到占空比值。
恒流控制时则是电流环直接控制得到一个占空比。
.上位机控制部分负责对储能变流器的运行模式、参数的设定及监控整个系统的运行。
上位机与本地控制器之间则通过CAN总线进行通讯,用户只需在上位机端设定,就可以控制整个系统的运行。
二、系统硬件1.主电路主电路部分采用BUCK-BOOST 拓扑结构。

YOUR EVALUATION
After you finish, you’ll probably begin evaluating yourself even before you return to your seat. You may think you left out some of the best parts. Every speaker thinks that. Just congratulate yourself on having delivered your first speech, then write down the things you did well and the things you want to improve to make your next speech even better.
To supplement your self-evaluation, an experienced club member has been assigned to evaluate your efforts. Before the meeting begins, give this manual to your evaluator so he or she may make notes on the evaluation page of this project. This gives you a permanent record of your progress. If you want the evaluator to observe something in particular, be sure to inform the evaluator in advance.
Ask other members for additional comments after the meeting (some may give you their own brief written comments during the meeting). All of these comments may not be useful to you, but you should consider them carefully. Remember, each evaluation is an opinion of how that person perceived you and your presentation. These opinions usually (but not always) will be helpful to your self-development.

Don’t be discouraged if your evaluator misunderstood your point. Evaluators have varying degrees of experience in speaking, and evaluation is a learn-by-doing skill, just as speaking is.
If you have not already done so, read Effective Evaluation (Item 202). It will help you under-stand how to get the most out of the Toastmasters program.
