1、严禁用手触摸MultIC模块和IOU模块上的引脚; 2、严禁打开和冲洗仪表MultIC模块和IOU模块; 3、当车辆上的电瓶电量不足而无法起动发动机时,请先更换电量充沛的电瓶,然后检查确认 电路正确连接且牢固可靠,方可起动发动机。严禁采用搭接外加电瓶的方式起动发动机。 4、进行电焊工作时必须将IOU模块和仪表上的线束插接器取下
欧科佳总线系统模块安装要求
1、 MULTIC仪表模块的安装位置必须保证仪表内部印刷电路板不会接触到水滴; 2、 MULTIC仪表模块的安装要便于维护,方便信号的检查; 3、 将MULTIC仪表安装到仪表台上时,拧固定螺丝的螺丝刀扭力需设定为2±0.1Nm; 4、 仪表台与MULTIC仪表的结合部分需要尽量平整,有不平整的地方会引起受力不均而碎裂; 5、 在安装MULTIC仪表时禁止跌落; 6、 前部SCC模块要求安装在仪表台右侧电器仓内或司机背后电器仓内,顶部SCC模块要求安装在司机顶部维修风道 内,中部SCC模块要求安装在行李仓维修仓内,后部SCC模块要求安装在车辆最后一排座椅后部或后部电器 仓内; 7、 SCC模块的布置应便于模块的散热、接插件插拔顺畅和提供足够的维护空间; 8、 SCC模块禁止安装在发动机排气系统附近; 9、 SCC模块禁止浸泡在水中使用; 10、 使用4个螺丝固定SCC模块,力矩为10N/m; 11、 SCC模块应垂直安装,25针接插件的开口侧向下; 12、 传感器与SCC模块间的连线应尽可能的短,并且远离大电流信号;
13、 SCC模块连接的导线电阻值应满足要求:9A 输出<0.6 欧姆, 3.2A 输出<3 欧姆, 2A 输出< 6 欧姆, 传感器 地线<1欧姆;
14、 SCC模块上所有的接插件都必须正确装配到位,以确保SCC的防护效果; 15、 总线系统诊断接口必须按图纸定义预留;

1, 打开软件后,点击Connection――Connec弹出以下窗口。
根据电脑连接链接情况修改端口(COM),波特率,和校验方式,其它不变。
注意和仪表设置要一致。
若通过USB扩展串口可通过查看设备管理器,来确定串口号,入下图。

Device ld ――仪表地址(和仪表设置一致);
可通过仪表按键查看,若无显示可通过仪表序列号(10位数)的最后三位推断,最后三位不大于247,则为地址,大于则减去247,直至小于等于247.
MODBUS Point Type ――通讯命令(03,04均可);
Address ――起始地址;
Length ――读取的长度(可设为2)。
3.点击开始通讯,通讯若正常Valid Slave Responses的值将增加。
CAN总线的使用
CAN总线的使用1、硬件连接方式硬件电路如下图所示:图中,D1(IL712)是磁隔离器件,其作用为了使各下井仪之间实现电气隔离。
各下井仪需要为D1提供两组+5V电源,图中标为VCC1和VCC2。
其中,VCC1为仪器内部数字电源,提供给单片机C8051F041和其它数字电路;VCC2是隔离电源,用于给IL712和TJA1050供电,电源电流应大于75mA。
C1、C2为两组电源的滤波电容。
D1的2脚与C8051F041(图中未画)的7脚(CANTX)直接连接,D1的3脚与C8051F041的6脚(CANRX)直接连接。
D2(TJA1050)为CAN总线收发器,该器件应用VCC2供电。
C3为该器件的滤波电容。
D2的输出CANH(6脚)、CANL(7脚)直接连接到下井仪的总线上。
R1、R2、C4为CAN总线终端匹配电阻的接法,这三个器件只需要在处在下井仪串上下两端的仪器中需要。
即:在某仪器中,如果CAN总线是贯通线,则不能连接这三个器件,反之,如果在该仪器中,如果CAN总线不是贯通线,则需要连接这三个器件。
输出的CANH和CANL应双绞。
2、软件使用方法编程者应该熟悉以下两本资料:《C8051F040/1/2/3/4/5/6/7混合信号ISP FLASH微控制器数据手册》《Bosch’s C_CAN User’s Manual》在下井仪中建议采用C8051F041或C8051F040单片机,该单片机内部集成了Bosch CAN控制器。
以下简要介绍C8051F04x单片机和Bosch CAN控制器及其软件编程方法。
2.1 C8041F04x单片机SFR的分页机制C8051F04x系列MCU对CIP-51内核和外设有几项关键性的改进,提高了整体性能。
其中与编程密切相关的一点是使用了SFR(特殊功能寄存器)分页机制,允许器件将很多SFR映射到0X80~0XFF这个存储器空间。
C8051F04x器件使用了5个SFR页:0、1、2、3和F。

CAN 总线IO 扩展卡连接说明CAN 总线IO 扩展卡有两种型号,分别为电压输出型E1044和继电器输出型E1044_RELAY 。
扩展卡支持CAN2.0协议,通讯速率1Mbps ,数据位16位,标准帧传输。
由于Can 总线的传输距离远,扩展卡非常适合远程IO 控制。
以下是对两种扩展卡硬件结构的介绍以及扩展卡与主卡连接的说明。
CAN IO E1044接线图在上图中:* E1044是电压输出型IO 扩展卡* CANL 和CANH 是can 总线通讯线对应接到主卡的CANL 和CANH 上LOAD通用IO 输出点信号图* 6位拨码开关指示IO 扩展卡硬件地址。

第二部分 CAN总线使用说明
Device Net (CAN Open)现场总线一、 现场总线的组成及连接Device Net (CAN Open )现场总线由传感器(节点)、三通接头、电缆线及终端匹配电阻等组成。
现场总线由一根四芯电缆就可将所有传感器均连通并完成所需信息的传输。
连接电缆的方法如下图:注意!(1) 三通接头下端是连接传感器用的。
(2) 电缆线、三通接头及终端匹配电阻连接以后, 应适当固定,尽可能减少电缆线所受的拉力。

CAN适配卡上有二个CAN口,每个CAN上最多可连接64个节点,总线长度不超过500米,通讯速率设定在125Kbps。
一般使用适配卡上面一个CAN口。
适配卡每个CAN口上均设有125Ω的电阻。

However, in a given system the bitrate is uniform and fixed.PrioritiesThe IDENTIFIER defines a static message priority during bus access.Remote Data RequestBy sending a REMOTE FRAME a node requiring data may request another node to send the corresponding DATA FRAME. The DATA FRAME and the corresponding REMOTE FRAME are named by the same IDENTIFIER.MultimasterWhen the bus is free any unit may start to transmit a message. The unit with the message of higher priority to be transmitted gains bus access.ArbitrationWhenever the bus is free, any unit may start to transmit a message. If 2 or more units start transmitting messages at the same time, the bus access conflict is resolved by bitwise arbitration using the IDENTIFIER. The mechanism of arbitration guarantees that neither information nor time is lost. If a DATA FRAME and a REMOTE FRAME with the same IDENTIFIER are initiated at the same time, the DATA FRAME prevails over the REMOTE FRAME. During arbitration every transmitter compares the level of the bit transmitted with the level that is monitored on the bus. If these levels are equal the unit may continue to send. Such messages are aborted and will be retransmitted automatically. The recovery time from detecting an error until the start of the next message is at most 29 bit times, if there is no further error.Fault ConfinementCAN nodes are able to distinguish short disturbances from permanent failures. Defective nodes are switched off.ConnectionsThe CAN serial communication link is a bus to which a number of units may be connected. This number has no theoretical limit. Practically the total number of units will be limited by delay times and/or electrical loads on the bus line.Single ChannelThe bus consists of a single channel that carries bits. From this data resynchronization information can be derived. The way in which this channel is implemented is not fixed in this specification. E.g. single wire (plus ground), two differential wires, optical fibres, etc.Bus valuesThe bus can have one of two complementary logical values: ’dominant’ or ’recessive’. During simultaneous transmission of ’dominant’ and ’recessive’ bits, the resulting bus value will be ’dominant’. For example, in case of a wired-AND implementation of the bus, the ’dominant’ level would be represented by a logical ’0’ and the ’recessive’ level by a logical ’1’. The sleep mode is finished with a wake-up by any bus activity or by internal conditions of the system. 从架构原理图来看, 总线仪表MultIC上总共分出两个网络。 1.纵向的为“车身CAN总线网络”,2.横向的为“底盘1939总线网络”。
