(1)课前复习

1. 完成陈述后,教师继续提问学生:

引导学生说出否定答案:

然后引领学生一起陈述:

教师继续提问:

引导学生回答:

2. 板书并带领学生集体朗读功能句:
—Can you ... ?

(2)Part B Let’s lea rn more
1. 教师播放录音,引导学生在不打开书的情况下,模仿录音中的语音语调跟读Let’s learn more部分的对话,并注意强调一般疑问句应该读升调。

教师也可以根据本部分内容
设定问题,让学生作答,检测他们对录音内容的掌握情况。

建议问题如下:Question 1: What are they going to do?
Question 2: What can Su Nan do?
Question 3: Can Liu Zhaoyang play the music at the party? What can he do?
Question 4: Can Kevin draw pictures?
2. 教师再次播放录音,要求学生打开书,逐句跟读本部分的对话。

3. 教师将学生分为三人小组,分角色练习对话。

操练活动的设计与实施建议(Practice Activities)
(1)角色扮演
承接上一环节,教师在给学生几分钟时间稍作练习后,选出几个小组分别戴上人物头饰上台表演对话,并鼓励学生大胆发挥展示,不必拘泥于原对话的固定内容。

(2)问答接龙
教师将学生按列分成若干组,请每组第一排的学生提问第二排的学生:Can you ...? 第二排的学生回答:Yes, I can. / No, I can’t. 并继续提问第三排的学生,全列依次问答,比一比哪组完成得最快最准确。

(3)Part B Do a survey and report
1. 教师陈述背景并发问:
T: We are going to have a party. What can you do for our party?
2. 教师引导大家齐读本部分对话,注意纠正一般疑问句的语音语调。

3. 教师拿出话筒,扮演记者的角色,自我介绍并进行采访:
T: Hello, S1! I’m a reporter. Can I ask you some questions?
S1: Yes, please.
T: Can you sing a Chinese song?
S1: Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.
T: Can you sing an English song?
S1: Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.
T: Can you play the music?
S1: Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.
T: Can you take photos?
S1: Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.
T: Can you draw a picture?
S1: Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.
T: Can you buy some balloons?

教师走到讲台前,面向大家做陈述:
T: S1 can ... But he / she can’t...
采访时教师可走到学生中间,借助话筒提问某一学生,同时可以拿个本子做记录;在完成采访后走到讲台前向大家陈述。

设置这种“记者采访”的环节,能提高学生回答问题的兴趣,达到本环节练习功能句的目的。

4. 教师将学生分为四人小组,互相问答完成本部分表格,并提示他们注意人名的书写。

5. Show time
在学生完成小组问答后,教师可随机挑选几名学生,让他们借助本部分的参考句型:... can ... But he / she can’t ... 在班内汇报调查结果。
