一、基本结构
报告的写作可分为以下几个步骤：
1．按照报告的题头格式，写出报告的呈交人和接收人，报告日期和报告主题。
2．正文一般由以下四部分组成：
(1)简要介绍所报告的对象的基本情况及写作目的。
(2)介绍所报告的对象的好的方面。
(3)介绍所报告的对象的不好的方面或欠缺之处。
(4)最后总结并提出改进的建议或自己的观点。
