二、数字化技术在单词意义及功能教学中的运用
数字化技术有利于创设有趣、生动的情景,能有效地调动学生的感官,帮助他们理解和记忆单词。我利用图片、思维导图等多种方式帮助学生有效地掌握单词记忆的技巧,尽可能地在课上记住所学单词的释义和用法。这样学生就不必在课后耗费大量精力和时间背诵单词,其课业负担大幅减少。根据后续听写任务的反馈,82%的学生能通过听写测试(考核标准:20个单词中有15个单词拼写正确为合格)。
教学对象分析
教学对象为初二年级的学生。他们在初一年级时已经参与了有关英语学习的活动(校园英语文化节),且在前一个单元探索了提升英语的方法,例如,学习了以letter,spell,improve,memorize, method等英语学习方面的词汇。绝大部分学生会用所学词汇进行简单的英语学习方法的表述。但是如何通过EnglishWeek(英语周)的活动来丰富英语学习的途径是学生需要在本单元思考、探索以及讨论的问题。因此,本课将学生对知识的已有水平定位为:对英语学习方面的动词、名词有基本了解,会简单表达英语学习的途径,但需要教师通过创设真实语境重点引导学生思考、讨论以及表达如何通过EnglishWeek(英语周)来丰富自己英语学习的途径。
2.引导学生意识到参加英语演讲比赛的价值在于自信地展示自我、挑战自我,而不是仅仅为了获取名次。
