"Do your homework!" "Clean your room!" It can be really annoying sometimes, right? But you know what's even more annoying? Having to rely on them for everything. I'm talking about having to ask for permission to go to a friend's house, or having to get rides everywhere because you can't drive yet, or even just having to ask for money whenever you want to buy something.Don't get me wrong, I love my parents and I'm grateful for everything they do for me. But at the same time, I really wish I could just do things for myself sometimes without always having to check with them first. That's why independence is so important, even for kids like us. It's about developing self-reliance, personal responsibility, and the ability to stand on your own two feet. It gives you confidence in yourself and prepares you for adulthood. So appreciate your independence, keep working on becoming more self-sufficient, but also remember to thank your parents – because without their support, you wouldn't be able to spread your wings in the first place.篇4Beginning:Being independent is one of the most important things in life. It's animportant skill to learn, even for kids like me. Sure, we need our parents and teachers to help us out sometimes, but becoming more independent can make us feel really proud and capable.I remember when I was younger, I used to ask my mom to tie my shoes, zip up my coat, and open my snacks for me. But little by little, I started practicing those things on my own. At first, it was hard and took me a long time. My shoelaces would come undone, my zipper would get stuck, and my snack packaging was impossible to open! But eventually, after trying and trying, I got the hang of it. Now, I can do all those things independently without any help.It felt so good to finally master those simple tasks by myself.I felt a sense of accomplishment and that made me want to keep learning how to do more things independently...Ending:...As I keep getting older, I know there will be many more opportunities for me to practice my independence. From learning to cook simple meals, to doing chores around the house, to one day maybe even getting a job. Each little step towards independence will help build my confidence and prepare me for bigger responsibilities down the road.Independence doesn't mean I have to do everything alone though. I'll still always have my family, friends, and teachers there to support me when I need it. But working on my independent skills means I won't have to rely on them for everything. I can take care of myself, make my own choices, and feel proud of what I can accomplish on my own.So while being independent can be challenging at times, it's an incredibly important skill that will help me grow into a capable and self-reliant person. I'm excited to keep learning and doing more things independently, one little step at a time. Who knows what I'll be able to do all by myself next!。

独立的重要性英语作文120字
独立的重要性英语作文120字Independence is a fundamental aspect of human existence, and it is a concept that has been explored and cherished by individuals and societies throughout history. The ability to make our own choices, to chart our own course, and to take responsibility for our actions is what defines us as independent beings. In this essay, we will delve into the significance of independence and explore why it is such a crucial component of the human experience. One of the primary reasons why independence is so important is that it allows us to develop our own unique identities. When we are free to make our own decisions and to pursue our own goals, we are able to discover and cultivate our personal strengths, interests, and values. This, in turn, enables us to become more self-aware and to take ownership of our lives. Without independence, we risk becoming passive participants in our own existence, simply following the dictates of others and failing to fully realize our potential. Moreover, independence fosters a sense of self-reliance and resilience. When we are able to rely on ourselves to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and make our way in the world, we develop a deeper understanding of our own capabilities and a greaterconfidence in our ability to navigate the challenges that life presents. This self-assurance can be a powerful tool, allowing us to take calculated risks, to learn from our mistakes, and to continue growing and evolving as individuals.Independence also plays a crucial role in the development of our relationships with others. When we are independent, we are able to engage in meaningful and authentic connections with those around us, because we are not relying on them to fulfill our every need or to define our sense of self. Instead, we can approach relationships as equals, sharing our unique perspectives and contributing to the lives of others in a way that is genuine and fulfilling.Furthermore, independence is closely linked to the concept of freedom. When we are independent, we are free to make our own choices, to pursue our own passions, and to live our lives according to our own values and beliefs. This freedom can be a profound and empowering experience, as it allows us to take control of our destinies and to shape the course of our lives in a way that is meaningful and fulfilling to us.However, it is important to note that independence is not absolute or entirely self-contained. We are all, to some degree, interdependent beings, relying on others and on the structures and systems of our society to support and sustain us. True independence, then, is not about complete isolation or self-sufficiency, but rather about striking a balance between our own autonomy and our relationships and obligations to others. In conclusion, the importance of independence cannot be overstated. It is a fundamental aspect of the human experience, enabling us to develop our unique identities, to cultivate self-reliance and resilience, to engage in meaningful relationships, and to exercise our cherished freedom. By embracing and nurturing our independence, we can unlock our full potential and live lives that are truly our own.。
独立在儿童发展中的重要性的英语作文
独立在儿童发展中的重要性的英语作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1The Big Deal About Being IndependentDo you like when your parents do everything for you, or do you like doing things yourself? I bet most of you would say you enjoy being independent and taking care of yourselves sometimes. Being independent is a hugely important part of growing up and becoming your own person. What does it mean to be independent? It means being able to do things on your own, without asking for help from adults all the time. When you're independent, you can make your own decisions, solve your own problems, and take responsibility for your actions.Independence starts small when you're really little. Like when you first learned to feed yourself instead of having your parents spoon-feed you. Or when you could put on your own clothes and shoes without any assistance. Those were your first tastes of sweet independence! As you get older, independence becomes even more important. You'll need to be independent at school by raising your hand, following instructions, and doing your own assignments. On the playground, you have to watch out for yourself, share with others, and settle your own disagreements (without fighting!).At home, you might be expected to make your bed, clean your room, brush your teeth, and get yourself ready in the morning without being reminded over and over. Chores like setting the table, taking out the trash, and caring for pets are other ways to practice independence. The more you can accomplish by yourself, the more independent you are. And independence leads to some really amazing things! Here are some of the biggest benefits of being independent:You get a great sense of confidence and pride when you can do things without help. It feels so good to finally master a tough skill or finish a hard task all on your own.Independent kids tend to be more responsible and make better decisions. Since you have practice thinking for yourself, you're less likely to go along with something you know is wrong just because your friends are doing it.You develop problem-solving skills by figuring out how to overcome obstacles and challenges independently. These skills will help you your whole life!Parents don't have to micro-manage every little thing, which means you get more freedom and they have less stress.Being independent prepares you for being a capable adult who can live, work, and function independently in the world.Of course, you can't just be independent in every single way right away. It's a skill that develops over time with patience and practice. Little kids need help with most things, but you should keep working on the skills you can handle independently. There's no way to really force someone to be independent either. Parents and teachers can give you opportunities and responsibilities to practice independence, but you're the one who has to take the initiative and put in the effort. It's normal to feel unsure or make mistakes sometimes when you're first trying to do something independently. Just keep trying and don't get discouraged! Ask for help if you really need it, learn from your mistakes, and soon you'll be doing that task like a champ. You also can't be interdependent about everything all the time. Even adults need to depend on others occasionally for things that are too big or complicated to handle alone. The goal is to be as independent as you reasonably can be for your age, while knowing when to ask for assistance. As you grow older, you'll gain more and more independence in preparations for adulthood. You might be responsible for your own schedule, chores, homework, and personal hygiene routines. Maybe you'll get a job or volunteer opportunity to practice independence outside the home.Your parents will purposely start stepping back and encouraging you to rely on yourself more than them. It's their way of getting you ready for that huge jump to ultimate independence when you eventually move out on your own someday. So if you want awesome confidence, responsibility, freedom, and prepared for successful adulthood, make it your goal to work on building your independence skills. Don't sit around waiting to be told what to do - take charge and do it yourself! Start small with little tasks here and there, and you'll be amazed at how capable you can become.Being independent is a really big deal that will change your life in so many ways. What amazing things could you accomplish if you put your mind to being more self-reliant? Dream big, work hard, and you'll go farther than you ever imagined!篇2The Big Deal About Being IndependentHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to talk to you about something that's really important for kids like me – being independent. It's a big word, but it just means being able to do things on your own without needing help from adults all the time.I know some grown-ups worry about letting kids be too independent. They think we might get hurt or make bad choices if they aren't watching us every second. But you know what? Learning to be independent is actually super important for kids. It helps us grow up to be confident, capable adults who can take care of themselves. When I was really little, I obviously needed my parents or other adults to do everything for me. I couldn't even feed or dress myself! But as I've gotten older, my parents have given me more and more opportunities to do things independently. For example, I started tying my own shoelaces when I was around 5 years old. At first it was really hard and took me forever! But eventually I got the hang of it through practice. Now I can tie my shoes lickety-split without even thinking about it.Being able to tie my shoes on my own was a tiny step, but it made me feel so proud and capable. It boosted myself-confidence because I accomplished something all by myself through effort and persistence. Those are important qualities that will help me out my whole life.As I've grown older, my parents have let me become more and more independent in other areas too. Now I make my own breakfast and pack my own lunch for school most days. I also do basic chores like taking out the trash and keeping my room clean (okay, my mom might argue about how clean my room actually is...).Doing tasks like these on my own helps me build essential life skills. One day I'll be an adult living on my own, and I'll need to know how to cook, clean, and manage my responsibilities without my parents doing everything for me.Taking care of myself isn't just about chores though. Being independent also means learning to make good decisions, solve problems, and stay safe on my own sometimes. Like when I'm ata friend's house and we get in an argument, I have to figure out how to resolve the conflict myself instead of just calling my parents to come get me.Or when I'm at the park and another kid is being mean, I have to stand up for myself and decide if I need to get an adult involved or if I can handle it on my own. Making choices like these takes practice, but it's so important for becoming a responsible, self-sufficient adult someday.I know my parents will still need to supervise and guide me for a while as I keep getting older and taking on more independence. But I'm really glad they've been giving meage-appropriate freedoms and responsibilities over the years. It's helped me gain confidence, skills, and good judgment. Some of my favorite memories are times when I've conquered a new independent task, like riding my bike without training wheels or making it all the way through the grocery store without getting lost from my mom. Sure, I've messed up sometimes, but that's okay – it's all part of the learning process!Independence has helped me develop qualities likeself-discipline, problem-solving abilities, and accountability too. If I procrastinate on my homework, there's no one to blame but myself. If I make poor choices, I'm the one who has to deal withthe consequences. That's motivating me to be more responsible from an early age.Of course, being a kid who can do things independently doesn't mean I have to do everything alone all the time. I still rely on my parents, teachers, and other trusted adults for lots of guidance, support, and rules. And there's nothing wrong with asking for help when I truly need it. But having age-appropriate independence gives me a chance to practice self-reliance in a safe environment.I know the adults in my life want me to stay a child for as long as I can. But part of being a child is continuously learning, exploring, and pushing my abilities so that I can eventually become a capable adult. If I just had everything done for me all the time, I'd never get chances to develop important life skills, self-confidence, and good decision-making.So in my opinion, age-appropriate independence is a hugely important part of being a kid. It's how we grow into self-assured, responsible grown-ups gradually over time instead of having independence thrown at us all at once when we're older. Bit by bit, independence allows us to spread our wings and prepare for the big life ahead of us!Thanks for reading my thoughts! Now I've got to go pack my backpack for school tomorrow, all by myself. Just another tiny step towards growing up.篇3My Big Important Essay on Being IndependentHi! My name is Jamie and I'm 10 years old. Today I'm going to write an essay all about why it's so important for kids to learn how to be independent. This is a really big idea but I'll do my best to explain it.Being independent means being able to do things for yourself without always having to rely on your parents, teachers or other grownups. It means you can make your own decisions, solve your own problems, and take care of your own needs. Independence is a skill that takes practice, but developing it from a young age is super duper important. One of the biggest reasons independence matters is because it helps kids grow into confident, capable adults. If kids never get a chance to do things independently, they might struggle later on with basic tasks like cooking meals, managing money, or even just figuring out how to get around town bythemselves. Learning independence step-by-step prepares you for the bigger responsibilities of being a grownup.Independence also teaches kids really important life skills. Like, if you get independent with cleaning up after yourself, you learn how to be organized and tidy. If you get independent with homework, you learn self-discipline and time management. If you get independent with interests and hobbies, you learn to be creative and find joy in solitary activities. All these skills make your life richer and more fulfilling.Maybe the most exciting part of independence is that it lets you explore the world in your own unique way. When you're independent, you get to make your own choices about what activities to do, what books to read, what games to play. You can pioneerego on your own little adventures just how you want to. You get to shape your own experiences based on your own interests and curiosities. How cool is that?Of course, being independent doesn't mean you never need help from others. Even grownups ask for help sometimes when they can't figure things out alone. The goal is to become more self-sufficient over time so you don't have to constantly rely on others to meet your needs. It's all about striving to do a little more for yourself as you mature.Independence can be both exhilarating and challenging, to be honest. On the one hand, it's really empowering and confidence-boosting to accomplish things solo. But it also means facing struggles head-on instead of instantly getting rescued. That's why it's important for kids to build independence slowly while still having a grownup's guidance. Baby steps are key.At home, parents can promote independence by encouraging kids to do age-appropriate tasks alone like getting dressed, fixing basic snacks, cleaning their room, or doing chores. At school, teachers can build in independent work time, let kids pick their own activities sometimes, and have students take the lead on classroom jobs. The more opportunities for practice, the better those independence skills will develop. As I keep getting older, I'm definitely going to keep working hard on becoming more and more independent. I really want to prepare myself to take on the world as a capable, confident adult someday. Being independent won't just help me with practical stuff, but will enrich my whole life experience. I'll get to shape my days how I want, explore my interests freely, and become my own awesome unique self.So in conclusion, independence may seem like no big deal, but it's actually one of the most important skills a kid can develop. It leads to confidence, capability, life skills, and the freedom for self-discovery. Here's to growing up independent - woo-hoo! Thanks for reading my essay. I gotta go celebrate by taking myself out for some independence ice cream. Just kidding...or am I? Byeeeee!篇4The Big Deal About Being IndependentDo you like having to ask your parents or teachers for help with everything? Or would you rather be able to do things all by yourself? I bet most of you would pick the second choice! Being independent and doing things on your own is a really big deal as you're growing up. It helps you become more confident, responsible, and ready to take on the world. What does it mean to be independent? It basically means being able to do things for yourself instead of always relying on others. When you're a little baby, you need tons of help from your parents with everything - eating, getting dressed, going potty, you name it! As you get older though, you slowly learn to take care of yourself. First you might learn to feed yourself, thenget dressed on your own, then go potty all by yourself without any accidents. See, you're becoming more independent already!Independence is really important for kids because it helps you gain confidence in your abilities. Think about the first time you tied your shoes all by yourself without any help. You probably felt really proud and confident that you could do it! The more things you can do independently, the more you'll believe that you're capable of handling tough tasks. That self-confidence will help you try new challenges without being afraid to fail.Being independent also means taking responsibility for your choices and actions. When you do things all by yourself, you're the one in charge. If you forgot to pack your lunch, you can't blame your mom because you packed it yourself. Taking that responsibility helps you learn from your mistakes so you can make better choices next time. Pretty soon you'll be making responsible decisions on your own, without your parents having to remind you all the time.Independence will also prepare you for bigger things in the future. Once you get to high school and college, you'll have to do lots of things independently like getting yourself up for class, doing homework, juggling activities, and more. And eventually when you're a grown-up, you'll be completely independent andresponsible for everything from paying bills to cooking meals to getting yourself to work on time. The independence skills you build now will help you handle those big responsibilities later.Of course, you don't have to do everything 100% alone right away. It's best to work on becoming more independentstep-by-step with guidance from your parents and teachers. They can show you how to do new tasks, let you practice, and be there if you need any help. As long as you keep trying to do more for yourself, your independence will keep on growing! So while it might seem easier sometimes to just have your parents do everything for you, working towards independence is way more rewarding. It boosts your confidence, responsibility, and preparation for bigger kid and adult tasks later on. Don't be afraid to step out on your own - your parents and teachers are right there to support you as you become a more self-sufficient and capable person. Just take it step-by-step and before you know it, you'll be one independent kid!篇5The Big Deal About Being IndependentBeing independent is a really big deal when you're a kid. It's kind of like being a superhero - you get to do things all byyourself and feel awesome! But it's not just for fun, it's actually super important for growing up to be a happy and successful adult. Let me tell you all about it!First of all, what does it mean to be independent? It basically means being able to do things for yourself without always relying on your parents, teachers, or other grownups to help you out. It could be taking care of yourself by getting dressed, brushing your teeth, and making your bed in the morning. Or it might be doing your homework, reading books, and learning new things on your own. It even includes little things like tying your shoelaces, pouring your own juice, and remembering to put your backpack and lunchbox by the door before school. The opposite of being independent is being totally dependent, which means always having to ask for help with everything. That's fine when you're a baby, but as you get older, you've got to start doing more for yourself. Otherwise, you'll never learn and grow up!So why is independence such a big deal? Well, there are a bunch of really important reasons:It helps you learn things better. When you try to do stuff independently, you're engaging your brain way more than if someone just tells you the answer or does it for you. Makingmistakes is part of the learning process too - that's how you figure things out!It gives you confidence. Achieving little goals and doing tasks independently gives you a huge feeling of pride andself-confidence. You realize you're capable of amazing things when you put your mind to it!It makes you resourceful. When you encounter a problem, you learn to get creative and find your own solutions instead of instantly asking an adult for help. This resourcefulness will help you a ton in life.It prepares you for the future. One day you'll be all grown up and have to do everything independently - feed yourself, earn money, take care of a home, etc. Practicing independence as a kid gets you ready. It shows responsibility. Being independent means you can be trusted and relied upon. People will see you as more mature and capable of handling important tasks.Of course, this doesn't mean no grownups should ever help you - that's crazy! We all need support and guidance sometimes. But it's all about finding the right balance and giving you opportunities to spread your independent wings. There are lots of ways grownups can encourage independence in kids:At home, parents can give you simple chores and responsibilities. They can teach skills, then let you practice on your own. They can give you appropriate freedoms to make your own choices about stuff. At school, teachers can design hands-on projects and activities where you learn through doing and discovering. They can let students work independently sometimes instead of always providing direct instruction.Anywhere, adults can ask questions to guide you toward finding your own answers, instead of just giving you the solutions. They can give you enough time to work through challenges by yourself before stepping in.True independence doesn't mean "You're on your own, kid!" It means supporting you in taking charge of your own learning and development one step at a time. For kids, developing independence piece by piece, year after year, is one of the biggest adventures you'll go on as you grow up! It allows you to explore the world, gain new skills, and become confident in your amazing abilities. So next time your parents ask you to try tying those shoelaces one more time instead of doing it for you, or your teacher wants you to figure out that tricky math problem independently, don't get frustrated. Embrace the challenge! You're being handed an awesome opportunity to practice this super important independence skill. It may not be easy, but it's a huge deal for becoming the self-reliant, capable person you were meant to be. Now get out there and start being independent!篇6The Big Deal About Being IndependentHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm 10 years old. Today, I want to talk to you about something really important – being independent. Grown-ups are always telling kids like me how crucial it is to learn to do things on our own, but sometimes it's hard to understand why. Well, let me explain why independence is such a big deal!First off, what does it mean to be independent? It basically means being able to do things for yourself without needing help from others all the time. Things like getting dressed, tying your shoes, brushing your teeth, making your bed, and so on. Whenyou're little, it's normal to need a lot of help from your parents or older siblings, but as you grow up, you've got to start doing more and more by yourself. So why is being independent so important? Well, there are a bunch of reasons! One big one is that it helps you become more confident and believe in yourself. Think about it – when you accomplish something all on your own, doesn't it make you feel proud and capable? Like, "Hey, I did that myself!" That feeling of pride and self-confidence is really valuable as you get older and face bigger challenges in life.Another reason independence is awesome is that it makes you more responsible. When you have to do things for yourself, you learn to be organized, follow through on tasks, and own up to your mistakes. These are skills that'll come in super handy when you're a teenager or an adult with lots of important things to take care of.Being independent can also make you more curious and eager to learn new things. When you don't always have someone doing everything for you, you might get interested in figuring out how to do it yourself. You'll ask questions, experiment, and maybe even get creative in finding solutions. That curiosity andwillingness to learn is so important for growing into a smart, capable person.Of course, becoming independent doesn't happen overnight. It's a process that starts when you're really little and continues as you get older. When I was a kid, my parents started giving me small responsibilities like cleaning up my toys or helping set the table. As I got better at those things, they gave me bigger tasks like making my own lunch or doing some light chores around the house. At first, I'll admit, I wasn't always thrilled about having to do stuff on my own. It seemed like so much work! But you know what? The more I practiced, the easier it became, and the more I realized how capable I was. These days, I actually feel proud when I get things done independently, and my parents are always telling me how impressed they are with my responsibility. That's not to say I never need help anymore. There are still plenty of things I can't do on my own, and that's totally okay. Part of being independent is also knowing when to ask for assistance, and not being afraid or embarrassed to do so. My parents and teachers are always there to guide me when I need it.But at the end of the day, working towards independence has been really good for me. I'm more self-reliant, confident in my abilities, and ready to take on new challenges as I continue growing up. Who knows, maybe one day I'll be independent enough to live on my own and take care of myself completely! For now, though, I'm just focusing on doing as much as I can by myself and enjoying that awesome feeling of accomplishment. So there you have it – that's why independence is such a big deal for kids like me. It helps us become brave, responsible, curious learners who can take on the world. And those are some pretty great things, if you ask me! I know it's not always easy, but trust me, putting in the effort to do things independently is totally worth it. Keep practicing and believing in yourselves, fellow kids, and that independence will be no big deal at all!。
拒绝依赖心理的英文作文
拒绝依赖心理的英文作文英文:I firmly believe in the importance of being independent and not relying on others for everything. While it may seem easier to depend on others, it ultimately hinders personal growth and development.Relying on others can also lead to disappointment and frustration. However, if I take the initiative to make plans myself, I am in control of my own schedule and can enjoy my time without relying on others.Furthermore, being independent allows for more opportunities and experiences. If I am constantly relying on others to take me places or do things for me, I may miss out on opportunities that I could have had if I had takenthe initiative to do it myself.Overall, being independent is essential for personal growth and development. The importance of being independent
The importance of being independentWith the time passed by, it is acknowledged that the youth today are the generation who grow up in greenhouses. They are spoiled by their parents, have no chances to make a decision by themselves, even have no time to stay alone. In another word, their life is lack of independence, which means not only separating with parents in living environment, but also thinking independently and wisely. Being independent is a necessary factor which attaches great importance to one’s success.Firstly, being independent will give young people more spaces to do what they are interested in, which will make them more creative and active. We all know the story of Darwin’s childhood. Due to the chances he was given to explore the nature and make mistakes without parents’ interference, he finally found the truths of science and became a famous scientist. Nowadays, in our country, there are so many children who are pushed to learn playing the piano just because their parents think this hobby is more honorable. These children cannot choose their hobby independently, so they have to keep on practicing unhappily. As the old saying goes, interest is the best teacher, making children focus on the area they are not interested in, they won’t succeed forever.Secondly, being independent will help the young improve the ability of facing emergencies and making decisions. If the young are always following parents’ words, they will not think up solutions when they meet a problem. Certainly, being independent isn’t being rebellious, they should listen to their parents’ suggestions and choose the accurate to accept. Finally, being independent will relieve parents’heavy burden, which is also another way to respect the old. Sometimes, after working hard for a whole day, they have to solve children’s troubles. If young people can deal with these things, the old will have more leisure time to relax and exercise. The family atmosphere will be more harmonious.。
The importance of being independent in mind
The importance of being independent in mindIn our life, we will be confronted with so many challenges and difficulties. In these fateful moments, choices have to be made and life cannot be stopped unless death comes. While choosing our paths of life, though some suggestions and advice need to be taken into account, we are the ones who make decisions, and we are responsible for our own life. As a result, being independent in mind is a lifetime principle; an independent mind plays a key role in the long and challengeable life. Why an independent mind is so important? What effects does it have on us human beings? First of all, living in such a complicated world, surrounded by so many temptations and criminals, we may easily be induced and go astray. To protect ourselves from all of these evils, we must learn to be independent in our own minds. With the ability to think by ourselves, what is right or wrong, what we should do and what shouldn’t be done will be clear to us. Secondly, being independent in mind would lead most of us to our optimal life. A simple question always comes to us: What kind of life do you want? Nobody could answer the question but ourselves, but so many people would share us with their experiences, and their words may have deep influences on us, which would force us to change our initial ideas slowly. However, we know best about ourselves, about what we truly want, even though it seems impossible to come true at the moment. Being independent in mind, we could hold on to our dreams and struggle for it, then one day it may be achieved, or the essence of our life will be found in the process. Now matter success of failure when pursuing the ideal life, we won’t regret for it, as we have fought for our dreams, and there has been nothing to be repented. Why are so many people unsatisfied with their present life? Because they hadn’t been independent in their mind, so they couldn’t be firm in what they were thinking, then they had to choose another path under pressure of surrounding people and the social environment. Ultimately, being independent in mind, we could base ourselves upon the society full of challenges and opportunities. With independent thinking, we could gain a correct view, and then get a through understanding of ourselves. As we are aware of both our strengths and shortages, we could make proper efforts to continuously improve and perfect ourselves. Then we could find it not that hard to survive in the highly-developed society and the severe competition with others so enjoyable. Without an independent mind, we may easily get lost in the cruel world and soon be eliminated. It might be a tough a thing to be mentally independent at the beginning, but mental independence will be one of our strongest fellows in pursuit of our dreaming life. Being independent in mind, we would find life not as hard as that in our original imagination.。
