商务英语作文集锦6篇商务英语作文篇2商务英语作文篇3by PaulaThe OpportunityBusiness etiquette is made up of significantly more important things than knowing which fork to use at lunch with a client. Unfortunately, in the perception of others, the devil is in the details. People may feel that if you can't be trusted not to embarrass yourself in business and social situations, you may lack the self-control necessary to be good at what you do. Etiquette is about presenting yourself with the kind of polish that shows you can be taken seriously. Etiquette is also about being comfortable around people (and making them comfortable around you!)People are a key factor in your own and your business' success. Many potentially worthwhile and profitable alliances have been lost because of an unintentional breach of manners. Dan McLeod, president of Positive Management Leadership Programs, a union avoidance company, says, "Show me a boss who treats his or her employees abrasively, and I'll show you an environment ripe for labor problems and obviously poor customers relations. Disrespectful and discourteous treatmentof employees is passed along from the top."商务英语作文篇4DearAfter checking with all of our other stores in the area,I regret to inform you that I have been unable to locate another [item requested] for you.If you would like me to place a special order, I would be most happy to do so. Unfortunately, in the perception of others, the devil is in the details. People may feel that if you can't be trusted not to embarrass yourself in business and social situations, you may lack the self-control necessary to be good at what you do. Etiquette is about presenting yourself with the kind ofpolish that shows you can be taken seriously. Dan McLeod, president of Positive Management Leadership Programs, a union avoidance company, says, "Show me a boss who treats his or her employees abrasively, and I'll show you an environment ripe for labor problems and obviously poor customers relations. Disrespectful and discourteous treatment of employees is passed along from the top."The SolutionMost behavior that is perceived as disrespectful, discourteous or abrasive is unintentional, and could have been avoided by practicing good manners or etiquette. We've always found that most negative experiences with someone were unintentional and easily repaired by keeping an open mind and maintaining open, honest communication. Basic knowledge and practice of etiquette is a valuable advantage, because in a lot of situations, a second chance may not be possible or practical. There are many written and unwritten rules and guidelinesfor etiquette, and it certainly behooves a business person to learn them. The caveat is that there is no possible way to know all of them! These guidelines have some difficult-to-navigate nuances, depending on the company, the local culture, and the requirements of the situation. Possibilities to commit a faux pas are limitless, and chances are, sooner or later, you'll make a mistake. But you can minimize them, recover quickly, and avoid causing a bad impression by being generally considerate and attentive to the concerns of others, and by adhering to the basic rules of etiquette. When in doubt, stick to the basics. The BasicsThe most important thing to remember is to be courteous and thoughtful to the people around you, regardless of the situation. Consider other people's feelings, stick to your convictions as diplomatically as possible. Address conflict as situation-related, rather than person-related. Apologize when you step on toes. You can't go too far wrong if you stick with the basics you learned in Kindergarten. (Not that those basics are easy to remember when you're in a hard-nosed business meeting!)This sounds simplistic, but the qualities we admire mostwhen we see them in people in leadership positions, those are the very traits we work so hard to engender in our children. If you always behave so that you would not mind your spouse, kids, or grandparents watching you, you're probably doing fine. Avoid raising your voice (surprisingly, it can be much more effective at getting attention when lower it!) using harsh or derogatory language toward anyone (present or absent), or interrupting. You may not get as much "airtime" in meetings at first, but what you do say will be much more effective because it carries the weight of credibility and respectability. The following are guidelines and tips that we've found helpful for dealing with people in general, in work environments, and in social situations. It's About PeopleTalk and visit with people. Don't differentiate by position or standing within the company. Secretaries and janitorial staff actually have tremendous power to help or hinder your career. Next time you need a document prepared or a conference room arranged for a presentation, watch how many people are involved with that process (you'll probably be surprised!) and make it a point to meet them and show your appreciation.Make it a point to arrive ten or fifteen minutes early and visit with people that work near you. When you're visiting another site, linger over a cup of coffee and introduce yourself to people nearby. If you arrive early for a meeting, introduce yourself to the other participants. At social occasions, use the circumstances of the event itself as an icebreaker. After introducing yourself, ask how they know the host or how they like the crab dip. Talk a little about yourself- your hobbies, kids, or pets; just enough to get people to open up about theirs and get to know you as a person.Keep notes on people. There are several "contact management" software applications that are designed for salespeople, but in business, nearly everyone is a salesperson in some capacity or another. They help you create a "people database" with names, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, spouse and children's' names; whatever depth of information is appropriate for your situation. It's a good idea to remember what you can about people; and to be thoughtful. Send cards or letters for birthdays or congratulations of promotions or other events, send flowers for engagements, weddings or in condolence for the death of a loved one or family member. People will remember your kindness, probably much longer than you will!商务英语作文篇6Gentlemen:Your delivery of [description of goods] which was received by us on [date] does not meet the specifications as outlined in our contract of [date] .Inasmuch as this merchandise does not meet our requirements, we are hereby requesting that you suspend any future deliveries as called for in our herein referenced contract and release us from that certain contract.Due to our contractual commitments, we must supply our customer with the appropriate goods within a specified period of time which requires that we now proceed to make our purchases from a different source. We would appreciate receiving your release as soon as possible.。

I thoroughly enjoyed the six months I spent in working in Boots plc as pert of the course. During this time I gained invaluable insights into the nature of sales. After leaving university I initially spent time working for a small local firm before finding my current job and I feel that I am more suited to the dynamics and varied demands of a smaller firm. Not only has my experience familiarised me with the challenges faced by the industry today but, having been brought up in the north east, I know the region, its problems and its undoubted potential. As a result, I feel that I would be able to relate to your customers on both a professional and a personal level.I am available for interview from 15 September and would be pleased to discuss my CV in more detail then,I look forward to hearing from you.Yours sincerelyXXXxxx二:Report writing (235words)Reassessment of job satisfaction: Sue Pearson(PR Dept.)IntroductionThis report sets out to use Workset colours to assess the accuracy of my job description as PR officer and to suggest a number of changes.FindingsIt is clear that there is a difference between the way the company views the job and the reality as I perceive it. Firstly, a number of areas which demand a significant proportion of my time are not mentioned in the official job brief. The segment on the pie chart which provides most cause for concern is the pink sector; this relates to my attendance at a number of meetings which I can contribute little. Another significant area is the grey segment; this refers to the unscheduled time I spend sorting out computer problems. I feel these activities are hampering my core work. As can be seen from the pie charts, the time I spend actively working to meet the goals agreed with my line manager is less than envisaged.ConclusionsThe above discrepancies clearly indicate that my current job brief is inaccurate. RecommendationsI would recommend that my official job brief should be updated using the Workset colours. It would also be valuable to consider the proportion of non-core colours in the pie chart and to investigate whether work in these areas could be carried out by someone else more suited to these tasks.商务英语写作范文32017年商务英语写作xxx商务英语写作是一种商务沟通手段,但是又与传统意义的.写作有着显著的差异。

I'm really excited about this new partnership and I think it's going to be a greatopportunity for both of our companies. After the meeting, I had to rush back to the office to prepare for a presentation that I have to give tomorrow. I spent the rest of the day working on it, making sure that everything is perfect. I'm feeling pretty confident about it, but I'm still a little nervous. I always get a bit anxious before big presentations. In the evening, I went out for dinner with some colleagues. It was a nice way to unwind after a long day. We talked about work, but also about other things going onin our lives. It's always nice to have that kind of balance and to be able to connect with people outside of the office. Now I'm back at home, trying to relax before bed. I'll probably watch some TV or read for a bit before I go to sleep. Tomorrow is going to be a big day, but I'm ready for it. I know I've put in the work and I'm prepared to give a great presentation. I just need to get a good night's sleep and I'll be good to go.。

From what you said it would seem that a number of the counters included in the latest batch escaped the examination we normally give to all counters in our inspection deparment, where each counter is individually examined before being passed into store. We understand your problem, but regret that we cannot accept your suggestion to take back all the stock unsold from the batch about which you complain. Indeed, there should be no need for this since it is unlikely that the number of faulty counters can be very large. Of course we will be glad to replace any counter found to be unsatisfactory, and we are prepared to allow you a special discount of 5% to compensate for your trouble on this particular batch. We trust you will accept this as being a fair and reasonable solution of this matter.Yours faithfully,Peter WoodModel 6 拒绝信Dear Mr. Johnson,We are terribly sorry that the repair of your cassette player is really beyond our reach. There are several reasonswhy we left your equipment unrepaired.Firstly, our technician in charge of the cassette player had been several days off for serious flu, the delayed the handling of the equipmentSecondly, there is no parts found in the present market to replace the volume control which really needs repairing. We have the ability to replace the on/off switch, however, the cost is too high to worth it, because you can use the amount of money to buy a new one.Accoring to our survey, this type of equipment is manufactured in 1985 and the manufacturer has gone out of business, so it is impossible for you to talk with them.We are really sorry for our helplessnessSincerely,MasonManagerModel 7 可行性报告Report on installation of a new word processingOn several occations, we have discussed the desiability of installing a new word processing system to replace the six-year-old stand-alone word processing system we currently use.In installing a new word processing system the following identify the important characteristics that should be used in judging its desirablity.a.The system should be expandableOne of the concerns that I have had for several years is that we can no longer obtain equipment identical to our present stand-alone equipment. Since we have the need for additional wroktations, a different brand of equipment will have to be purchased , which will destroy system compatibility if we continue to use the present stand-alone systemb. The equipment should be integratedAn efficient word processing system is integrated, which means that various pieces of office equipment-such as desktop computers, microcomputers, and terminals-are capable of being electronically attached to one another. Thus, each word processing station can also function in other ways-to prepare graphics, to maintian spreadsheet, etc.c.The system should be capable of performing all word processing functions currently foundTo purchase a system that cannot perform all functions is tantamount to purchasing a system that is several years old.Among the alternatives available for installing a new word processing system are the following:A. Replace the old stand-alone system with a new stand-alone system. While stand-alone system can be expandable, they cannot be integrated. Stand-alone systems are capable of performing all word processing functionsB. Replace the old-stand-alone system with a new intrgrated system. These systems are expandable , they can be integrated with other devices, and they are capable of performing all word processing functionsThe recommended alternative is the installation of an integrated system since it possesses the essential characteristics that a new system should possess. The primary disadvantages of the integrated system are their cost and the installation time. Training time on both systems shoud be approximately equal.Model 8 备忘录To: DirectorFrom:Pierre Aries, Office ManagerSubject: Reducing StaffDate: June12, 2005I have several proposals for cutting down on office staff. First, I suggest that we eliminate the full-time position of order clerk, since there is not enough work to occupy him thrughout the month. Orders and requests for sales information are heaviest at the end of the month. In contrast, there isf little to do the first two weeks of each month. Therefore, I recommend that we hire temporary help for the last two weeks of each month and give the orders from the first of the month to the sales departmetn to process.Second , now that our systems are completely computerized, we no longer need a computer programmer on staff. It is true, we will need computer programming services occasionally in future, for instance, when we revise our billing system. In such cases, however, we can hire a freelance programmerThird, I suggest that I share my secretary with the assistant office manager, thus eleminating one secretarial position. Although this will increase the managerial workload, I feel we can handle it. Moreover, we can always hire temporary help to get us through particularly busy periods. If these suggestions are followed, we should be able to save approximately $26,000 in the coming year in salarires alone. So, I believe these changes will result in greater work efficiency.P.AiresModel 9 商务报告To: Jean WithrowFrom: Bob SteinDate:Aug.18,2004Subject: Feasibility of Flexible Working HoursThis report concerns the feasibility of allowing workers to start and stop work ast the times that suit them best, a practice known as flex-time. Of course, we all understand that everyone would still wrok a total of 40 hours per week, as we do now. This idea of flexible working hours was first presented to the directors by some of our workers , many of whom have young children in school. The Personnnel Manager was asked to look into the question, and his study had two aspects. First, he looked at the experience of other companies, and second , he looked carefully at our own working arrangements. After studying flex-time arrangements at four similar companies, the Personnel Manager reported several advantages:Parents of school-age children were able to fit their work hours to those of their children, workers could choose to work during hours they could be most productive, and worker attitude improved because of more choice in work time. There were , however, some disadvantages as well:Sometimes there were not enough workers in some departmetn at crucial hours of the day, and it took a while to iron out confusion about schedulesNext, we asked all employees of our company to predict the hours they would probably choose to work. This information was then circulated to all heads of departmetn for comment. The department heads were asked to look in particular at possible problems and their solutionAfter studying all this information, a committee that included a representative from every department decided to try flex-time for a period of 3 months, starting April 1. At the end of that peroid, the committee will make a final decisionModel10邮件Dear Ms. O’Flanagan,Thank you for your e-mail 5 September. Consider other people's feelings, stick to your convictions as diplomatically as possible. Address conflict as situation-related, rather than person-related. Apologize when you step on toes. You can't go too far wrong if you stick with the basics you learned in Kindergarten. (Not that those basics are easy to remember when you're in a hard-nosed business meeting!)This sounds simplistic, but the qualities we admire most when we see them in people in leadership positions, those are the very traits we work so hard to engender in our children. You may not get as much "airtime" in meetings at first, but what you do say will be much more effective becauseit carries the weight of credibility and respectability. Talk a little about yourself- your hobbies, kids, or pets; just enough to get people to open up about theirsand get to know you as a person.Keep notes on people.

6称呼商业信件和传真常用以下方式开头:·Dear Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms Wang(表示写信人知道收信人的姓名和性别);·De ar Sir或Dear Madam(表示写给一位有具体职衔的人,如Sales Manager,Chief Accountant等,而且写信人知道对方的性别);·Dear Sir or Madam(表示写给一位有具体职衔而写信人又不知其性别的人);·Dear Sirs (表示写给一家公司,没有明确的'收信人)。
