高二(15)班的学生英语基础较差,但是大部分学生的思维活动很活跃并且合作精神也较强。

根据他们的这些特点,我将采用的教学模式不仅会体现新课标对于学生主体性作用全面实现的要求,并与我们学校提倡并贯彻的“绿色课堂”观念相贴切,即通过教师组织、引导学生通过发挥他们在课堂过程中的主体性的前提下,采用师生互动、生生互动的活动来实现我的教学目标并完成相应的教学任务。

2 Analysis of the learners•T he students in my class are of different levels so I should adapt the lesson to each of them and try to solve different kinds of problems which may appear in the lesson.There are 63 students in my class, which is large .•S o I often use some activities in the class to finish some tasks such as individual, pair or group work to let each of them have more chances to practise English and involve actively in the lesson, thus to make some improvement .•T ask-based teaching mode;•A ctivity-based teaching :class work;•individual work ; group work说学生1.我校属于省一级重点中学,虽然喜欢英语并且有信心学好英语的学生占了半数以上(57%),但由于英语水平参差不齐,学习压力大,学习策略与方法不合理,还是有33%的学生不喜欢英语。

旧的评价体系挫伤学生学习的信心和兴趣, 以考试成绩来刺激学生学习的作法失效了。

所以在活动设计中有小组活动、个人活动、班级活动,让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、实践、参与合作等完成任务,感受成功,培养对英语的兴趣。

Reading the passage, we can know about her experience from a young child to the moment when she succeeded. This passage plays an important role in making us believe that success and happiness in life are within reach for everyone and that hard work and discipline are the road to self-improvement.Analysis of the studentsThe students have learned the new words and expressions of this unit, Warming-up, Listening, Speaking and Reading. So it is not difficult for them to learn this passage. The students are often fed up by the teacher’s questions. Duri ng teaching we seldom offer the students enough time for them to think independently and creatively, therefore, in this class I’ll give them a chance to think and ask questions and create a situation for them to discuss in groups.
