British Daily Meals
English breakfast:主要包括以下几种食物:熏肉bacon、煎蛋fried egg、咖啡coffee、炸鱼加炸薯条fish and chips 、黑布丁black pudding。
主食:烤面包toast、炸面包片fried bread
English lunch:汤、沙拉、主菜(肉类、菜类、米饭混合而成的盘菜,有时只有三明治、汉堡包、热狗)、餐后甜食、甜点有巧克力蛋糕、奶油蛋糕、冰激凌
English dinner:同午餐大致相同,只是不用甜点,而代之以饮料,如可乐、果汁等。
正餐的首选食物依然是烤牛肉、羊肉或猪肉加蔬菜和烤土豆。
土豆是一日主餐的重要组成部分。
每个英国人平均每年要吃掉100 公斤土豆,其中大部分是用土豆做成的松脆小吃,如炸薯条。
英国人的饮食少而精,注重营养与合理搭配,这促成了英国独树一帜的饮食文化。
中国北方口重,北方适宜小麦生长,以面食为主
中国南方清淡,南方适宜水稻等水田作物生长,以米为主南方主食:
中西部饮食更注重调味,强调刺激的味道,例如辣,酸等。
中国东南部则强调突出食物本身的味道,虽然加入调料,但绝不掩盖食物本身的味道。
情感教育:Reasonable diet, will be more healthy.
合理饮食,才会更健康!
