延伸率
延伸率(δ)是描述材料塑性性能的指标——延伸率δ和截面收缩率ψ。

延伸率即试样拉伸断裂后标距段的总变形ΔL与原标距长度L之比的百分数:δ=ΔL/L×100%。

工程上常将δ≥5%的材料称为塑性材料,如常温静载的低碳钢、铝、铜等;而把δ≤5%的材料称为脆性材料,如常温静载下的铸铁、玻璃、陶瓷等。

延伸率按照测量方式的不同分为定倍数A5、A10和定标距A50、A80、A100等。

A5是比例试样原始标距与直径的比为5, A10是比例试样原始标距与直径的比为10;A50是非比例试样,原始标距为50mm,A80、A100与之同理。

Engineering often will δ≥5% material called plastic materials, such as room temperature static load of low carbon steel, aluminum, copper and so on; and the δ≤5% material called brittle materials, such as cast iron, ambient temperature of glass, ceramics etc
According to the different elongation measurement method for multiple A5, A10 and A50, A80, A100 gauge etc.. A5 is the proportion of sample original gauge length to diameter ratio of 5, A10 is the proportion of sample original gauge length to diameter ratio of 10; A50 is the non proportional specimen, original gauge for 50mm, A80, A100 and similarly.。
