Distinguished teachers and dear students,

Good morning, I’m , a student from Class Five Grade 7. Today, the topic of my speech is standardizing words and deeds, beautifying our souls. Dear students, our beautiful campus is not only a place for us to learn knowledge, but also the starting line for us to strengthen our behaviors and learn social communication. So how should we standardize our behaviors? Behavior norms for middle school students have proposed specific requirements.

First, be honest and trustworthy and be polite to others. Establish the image of personal integrity: love schools and classes, love teachers and classmates; strictly abide by the “code of daily behavior of middle school students”; do not lie; do not cheat; do not hide their own mistakes and others, if you have mistakes, change them. Words and deeds should be consistent. Take responsibilities bravely.

Establish the image of civilization and propriety: civilized etiquette is the smile when you meet on the road; it is the warm help from students when you are in trouble; it is the greeting when you meet teachers; it is “sorry”when you accidentally knock into each other. Treat people in good faith, advocate science and pursue truth.

Second, abide by the rules and discipline, study hard.

The country has the national law, the family has its rule. While we abide by the laws and social rules, we must also regard school rules and regulations as an important criterion of words and deeds. As students, studying hard is our most important task. Only by never being late, not absenteeism, listening carefully, and completing our homework independently, can we start with such details and start with discipline and practical study, so as to be the foundation of our country and the pillars of the country.

Third, be strict with the law and abide by public morality. “Don’t do bad things, even if it’s not conspicuous, don’t give up doing good, even if it doesn’t matter.”Lets start with small things, start with details, such as not eating snacks, not littering, keeping the campus clean; walking slowly up and down the stairs, whispering, walking to the right; not swearing, not fighting, etc. to purify our campus with more standardized words and deeds, beautify our hearts, and be a person with good behavior and beautiful character.

Dear students, yesterday has been left to memory, tomorrow will be handed over to the dream, only today you can grasp. Let us cherish the present time, abide by the rules and regulations, study hard, create a more perfect “us”and build a better tomorrow for the motherland!
