【摘要】Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of clomiphene citrate capsules and letrozole treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS ). Methods 30 PCOS patients admitted to our hospital from June to December in 2011 were randomly divided into CC group and LE
group,each group ( n = 15 ) was given clomiphene citrate capsule and letrozole respectively. The efficacy of the two groups were observed respectively. Results After treatment, 14 cases ( 93. 33% ) in CC group and 9 cases ( 60. 00% ) in LE group had dominant follicle;the average endom-etrial thickness were ( 8. 26 ± 1. 55 ) and ( 5. 97 ± 2. 05 ) mm, the number of dominant follicle in LE group and CC group was ( 1. 63 ±0. 52 ) and ( 1.
15 ±0. 66 ), respectively. There were significant differences in the above indicators between the two groups ( P <0. 05 ). There were 4 cases ( 26. 67% ) in CC group and 1 case ( 6. 67% ) in LE group with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Clomifene citrate capsules and letrozole can both promote ovulation, but the efficacy of clomifene citrate capsule is superior to letrozole with higher incidence of adverse reactions, the two drugs should be chose based on the patient's
condition or used alternately, in order to increase the chances of pregnancy and reduce the incidence of complications.%目的观察枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊与来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效和安全性.方法选择2011年6-12月我院接诊的PCOS患者30例,随机分为CC组和LE组,每组15例,分别给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊和来曲唑治疗,观察两组的疗效.结果两组患者用药后,CC组出现优势卵泡14例(93.33%),LE组9例(60.00%),CC组有效率明显高于LE组;子宫内膜厚度:CC组(8.26±1.55)mm,LE组(5.97±2.05) mm;优势卵泡:LE组
(1.15±0.66)个,CC组(1.63±0.52)个,CC组优于LE组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).LE组出现1例黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征(6.67%);CC组出现4例(26.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊与来曲唑均具有促进排卵作用,且枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊效果优于来曲唑,但不良反应发生率较高,在使用时应该根据患者的情况进行选择,也可两种药物交替使用,一方面,增加受孕几率,另一方面,降低并发症的发生率.
