Do you want some apples? 你想要一些苹果吗?(表示邀请,修饰可数名词apples)

1) There be中的谓语动词be遵循“就近原则”(即:谓语动词到底是用is 还是用are,要看最接近be动
词的主语是单数还是复数)。
例: ①陈述句:There is a bird in the tree. 一般疑问句:Is there a bird in the tree?
②陈述句:There are ten students in the snack bar . 一般疑问句:Are there any students in the snack bar?
③ There are two boys and a girl under the tree. 树下有两个男孩,一个女孩。
There is a girl and two boys under the tree. 树下有一个女孩,两个男孩。
2). 可数名词的复数规格变化:
❶一般情况下,直接+s: grape-grapes orange-oranges egg-eggs
❷以s,o,x,sh,ch结尾的名词, +es: bus-buses box-boxes sandwich-sandwiches brush-brushes
①以”o"结尾有生命的名词,+es: hero-heroes potato-potatoes tomato-tomatoes (记忆口诀:”英雄“爱吃”土豆“和”西红柿“)
❸以辅音字母+y结尾的名词,改y为i, 再+es:meany-meanies baby-babies
❹以元音字母+y结尾的名词,直接加s:boy-boys toy-toys
【扩展】可数名词复数不规则变化:
①“oo”变“ee”的名词: tooth-teeth(牙齿) foot-feet(脚) child-children(孩子)
②“a”变“e”的名词: man-men男人 policeman-policemen男警 woman-women 女人

3). some和any的用法区别:
some意思为”一些”可用来修饰可数名词和不可数名词,常常用于肯定句.【注意】当some表示邀请和请求时,some也可以用在疑问句中.
any意思为”任何一些”它可以修饰可数名词复数和不可数名词,常用于否定句和疑问句。
4). 不定冠词a 和an的用法区别:
单数名词前一般要用不定冠词”a和an”,但是如果单数名词的首字母是元音字母(a,e,i,o,u)的时候,前面的不定冠词要用an, 其他情况就用a
