学生面试多英语障碍，出现以下的问题：
1、第一批面试学生中有表示不了解或不知道船东，引起船东不满；
2、面试过程中，有学生表示不知道公司负责船东业务的主管，船东表示惊讶；
3、面试过程中，当被问及为何要加入SINOCREW，少数学生不知做如何解释；
4、在有些问题上一味表示服从被船东视为无主见，缺乏思路和领
导能力；
5、对起码的船舶基本知识不了解，如：航海灯、航海日记、避碰、汽笛等；什么是主机、油水分离器、污水、环保知识等………等等。

学生普遍缺少礼仪知识，如；握手、问候、坐姿、告别等。

整体评价此次面试，船东主要以考核学生英语水平，应变能力，自信心以及常识性问题。

考官没有固定性的面试问题，几乎不涉及专业知识，一般都会根据与学生面试过程中谈及到的话题继续延伸，所以需要学生有很好的英语基础和基本常识。

涉及到的问题主要有：
1. 自我介绍，家庭状况，父母，兄弟姐妹，家乡的介绍, have you plan to raise your family? How?
2. 为什么选择航海/轮机

10. 数字方面的问题，可能会涉及到如，家乡城市的面积，人口，学校的学生数量等宏观性的数字，学生面试过程中出现的问题为对数字掌握不准确，或者用英文表达不准确，如中国人口数量为13亿，学生回答成13billion.
