一.學校簡史1
曼谷大學是於1962年12月25日由Mr.Surat與Mrs.Pongtip Osathanugrah所創立的。

Mr. Surat Osathanugrah是泰國最成功的商人之一，曾擔任內政部副長、商業部部長、以及前人民代表。

該校原為泰國綜合理工學院，直至1965年改制為曼谷學院，
成為泰國第一間私立學院。

在1984年10月25日，大學部正
式認可該校升格為大學，也就因此成就了曼谷大學。

曼谷大學是所私立、非營利的教育組織，由曼谷大學基金會所贊助。

創立此大學的靈感來自於創建者想要建立一所第三大的教育機構，以來訓練學生在學術、實驗的種種能力。

曼谷大學提供泰語及英語授課課程。

以泰語授課的學士學位包含：商業、會計、經濟、傳播藝術、人文、法律、電腦科學、文學與應用文學、工程。

在國際課程方面，所有課程均以英語授課。

國際學院於商學、傳播藝術、會計及人文領域提供各式課程。

對於那些想要增進英語能力，並且預備自己在未來往國際貿易方向邁進的學生而言，這些課程都得到相當好的評價。

在1985年，曼谷大學研究所開始提供MBA學位。

授課語言完全為英文。

國家大學部完
全認可此課程。

在1989年，第二個碩士學位課程開始，教授傳播藝術。

此課程亦完全為英語授課，並且廣為欲往傳播界發展的人所歡迎。

此一結果也進而影響了其他非日常使用英語的泰國人，於是在1991年，由泰語教授的傳播藝術課程開始了。

1974年8月26日正式成立了校友聯盟。

成立此協會的主要目的在於讓前任學生能夠與大學保持緊密的關係。

有許多傑出校友成為商業主管、顧問公司負責人、記者、作家及社工人員。

皆為社會帶來相當多的貢獻。
