INTERNATIONAL TRADE CONTRACT

This International Trade Contract (hereinafter referred to as "Contract") is made and entered into on the __________ [Date], by and between:

[Buyer's Name], a company incorporated under the laws of [Buyer's Country], with its registered office at [Buyer's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"), and

WHEREAS, the Buyer wishes to purchase certain goods from the Seller, and the Seller is willing to sell such goods to the Buyer on the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are

4. Inspection and Acceptance:

5. Warranty and Liability:

The Seller warrants that the Goods shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of __________ months from the date of delivery. The Seller shall be liable for any breach of warranty and shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective Goods or refund the purchase price.

6. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Contract to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by events beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.
