▪After intro, play along, making a few errors but not too many…when finished, wait for the drum roll and score, then touch “arrow” and press [Next] or [Prev] to navigate to measures where the errors are marked in color
Demo Recording & Playback…
▪To show simple one-track recording…press [Rec]…touch “SMF”…play a few notes…press [Stop]…press [Prev]
▪Press [DigiScore]…press [Play]…note ability to add up to 15 more tracks and save in internal memory or to USB
▪To show audio file playback…load Amazing Grace CD…press [Song]…touch “Audio CD”…touch “Track 1”
▪Press [Play]…during playback, press [Right] track to demo Center Cancel…press [Slow] tempo button to reduce tempo up to 75% of original tempo…press [Slow] & [Fast] simultaneously to return to original tempo
▪Press [Transpose] and rotate dial or touch keys in screen to instantly change key “on the fly”
▪BONUS: If customer has iPod, connect via “Roland Audio Ports” and demo playback, transposition, and Center Cancel (no tempo control) of customer’s song files
Demo Audio Recording & CD Creation…
▪Insert USB Key & check Mic volume
▪ Select Amazing Grace Track 1 from the CD and press [Right] Track to Center Cancel the vocal
▪Press [Rec]…touch “Audio”…touch “Add On”…press [Play] and sing (or have customer sing) a few bars
▪Press [Stop]…the “Rename” screen will appear…rename the file and touch “Execute”
▪Touch “External Memory” and select the file you just named…now eject the CD and insert a blank CD-R
