回复DFM的一般是客户公司的产品工程师，他们大部分对模具并不熟悉， 这就要求我们的模具工程师在做DFM时要考虑到这一点， 提出的产品问题应尽可能给到量化的方案： 如“骨位太厚，要减薄，请确认”，这一句更好的表达应该是“这条骨位太厚，可 能导致产品表面有缩痕，建议减薄到根部1.2mm，请确认。” 标准的表达可以参考： 问题+可能导致的后果+量化的解决方案。 如：问题（骨位太厚）+可能导致的后果（表面有缩痕）+量化（根部1.2mm ）的 解决方案（减薄根部）。 更好的表达可以是：量化建议+可以解决的什么问题。 如：建议减薄到根部1.2mm，以防止产品表面有缩痕，请确认。

Wall thickness well distribute. 壁厚OK. Red area with uneven thickness, may cause sink marks, please help improve. 红色区域壁厚不平均,太厚了,可能缩水,请帮忙改善. Those ribs too thick, suggest thin them to 75% general part surface to avoid sink mark opposite it. Please confirm. 箭头所指骨位太厚,建议减薄到基本壁厚的75%来避免骨位对面缩水痕.请确认.

the red surface is straight, suggest add 3ºdraft angle on it (by reduce material) for texture MT0000, least (by reduce material), pls confirm. 红色直身面,建议减胶加3度the shut off surfaces (red marked) is not enough , least (by reduce material) it should be 3 degree at least. 图示红色面擦穿，斜度不足（单边最小3度） Green surfaces without draft angle now, suggest to enlarge to 1 degree at least (by reduce material) Kindly advise. 绿色面直身,建议最小减胶加1度斜度,请确认.
