Perhaps we will begin a new history when we begin to farm the sea, and live under it! Some scientists say that we will grow fish like plants in the fields. Oxygen will be fed into the water and Iow flying airplanes will spray the sea with food. Even without fish farming, scientists say that there are enough fish in the In-dian Ocean to feed all of India for a hundred years and in the Antarctic Sea and there are so many tiny fish that it is impossible to use them all up.
