During Phase I Art Concept and Development。

3.费用Payment

5.1乙方对于因其过失、疏忽或故意造成的甲方任何损失，乙方应承担相应的赔偿责任。

The Art Consultant shall be liable for any losses incurred by the Client due to its negligence。

6.争议解决Dispute n
6.1本合同的解释和履行均适用中华人民共和国法律。

因本合同引起争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

This Contract shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China。

In case of any dispute arising from

the Art Consultant will work closely with
the Client and r designer to select ork that aligns with the

Once the ork has been selected。

the Art Consultant will provide detailed ns for each piece。

The ns will be reviewed and approved by the Client and r designer before moving forward with the procurement process.
3.0 阶段三采购和安装Phase III Procurement and n
During Phase III。

the Art Consultant will manage the procurement and n of the selected ork。

The Art Consultant will work with reputable vendors and suppliers to ensure that the ork is
of high quality and meets the ns provided in Phase II.
The Art Consultant will also coordinate with the Client and r designer to ensure that the ork is installed in a manner that enhances the overall design of the space。

The Art Consultant will
provide detailed n plans and supervise the n process to ensure that the ork is installed safely and securely.
4.0 阶段四最终验收和文件交付Phase IV Final Acceptance and n
Upon n of the n。

the Art Consultant will conduct a final walkthrough with the Client and r designer to ensure that the ork has been installed to their n。

Any necessary adjustments will be made at this time.
The Art Consultant will also provide the Client with a comprehensive n package。

including certificates of authenticity。

provenance。

and any necessary permits or licenses。

The n package will serve as a record of the ork and its n for future reference.
在第一阶段工作获得客户书面批准和支付后，艺术顾问将与客户/室内设计师协商，提出各个区域的整体艺术品/文物概念，包括艺术品安放位置、尺寸和日程安排。

在此阶段，将展示图片样本、主题、材质和尺寸的方案。

根据艺术品工作的日
程计划，将提交一个预算估算，该预算估算仅供预算控制指导。

The Art Consultant is responsible for preparing the necessary documents for the supply and n of orks/artifacts in digital format。

If needed。

the Art Consultant will make reasonable adjustments to the documents to meet the budget.
During Stage 4.the Art Consultant will visit the selected suppliers to ensure that their work aligns with the Art Consultant's ns。

However。

the Art Consultant will not be held liable for any issues with the n and performance of the work entrusted to the nal art supplier。

If the client requests the Art Consultant to visit their mended supplier。

all travel expenses will be borne by the client.
After completing Stage 4.the Art Consultant will conduct a final site n with the client to ensure that the contract has been fulfilled according to the tender documents and product ns。

The final result will be confirmed by the client's signature。

If the client requests nal ork and/or artifact designs after the n of the above work。

both parties can negotiate nal fees if necessary.

Failure to make payment on time shall be considered a breach of contract and the Art Consultant reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contract.
3.5如有任何争议，应提交至仲裁解决。

After the n of Phase IV and receipt of payment。

a final site review n will be conducted by the Art Consultant with the Client。

All payments must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice。

4.2 The Client and/or r designer shall provide the Art Consultant with a set of photocopies and AutoCad r design n
drawings and color renderings on a CD-ROM。

The Client and/or r designer must provide a complete set of hard and soft copies of relevant drawings。

as well as color renderings and samples of special effect r fitting-out materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
The Art Consultant has no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from the n。

or for any acts or ns of the supplier。

The Art Consultant also cannot control or charge the means。

If the Client wishes to use any existing photos or images from the project for advertising or nal materials。

they must first obtain the consent of the Art Consultant。

This applies after the n of the project.
The parties agree that once the project is completed。

the Client will provide the Art Consultant with photographs of the
project and allow access to the site。

The Art Consultant has the perpetual right to use project photographs and advertising copy for advertising。

Either party may terminate the appointment with a 30-day notice in writing to the other。

If the Client terminates the contract early without ork Consultant's fault。

If either party breaches the contract。

they shall bear the corresponding liability for breach.
