智能电梯门禁控制系统
1.1.1卡片类型
◆房卡：客人专用，酒店总台统一授权好指定楼层权限和指定门锁权
限。

◆员工卡：酒店员工专用，酒店后台统一授权好所有楼层权限，员工
卡开放门禁系统所用的扇区。

◆员工卡：物业管理人员专用，酒店后台统一授权好所有楼层权限。

1.1.2客人乘梯
可提供以下两种方式：
◆单层房卡：（即：只开放某一楼层的权限，适合用于不需要到其他楼
层串门的客人）客人凭房卡在电梯操纵盘的“纯玻璃触摸密码读卡
器”上有效感应后，系统直接登记客人所住楼层，无须再手动按楼
层按钮，电梯直接到达客人所住楼层。

◆多层房卡：（即：开放多个楼层或全部楼层的权限，适合用于需要到
其他楼层串门的客人）客人凭房卡在电梯操纵盘的“触摸密码读卡
器”上有效感应后，4秒钟内需要手动选择相应的楼层按键直达楼
层，无卡或持非法卡人员无法直接使用电梯到达受控楼层（公共楼
层除外）。

1.1.3员工乘梯
服务人员在工作范围内可持该卡进入电梯轿箱后刷卡则需要选择相应的楼层，直达楼层。

1.1.4密码乘梯
酒店管理人员在忘带卡的情况下，通过在“纯玻璃触摸密码读卡键盘”上
输入指定楼层号和密码，也可进入指定楼层。

（注：每层可根据酒店管理人员需要凭管理卡设定不同的密码，密码的设定与修改只能由酒店方自已完成，无需通过厂家。

）
1.1.5外来访客乘梯

1.1.7接待功能
酒店接待人员可通过接待卡开放和关闭任意受控楼层的IC卡功能，但必须使用同一张接待卡完成开放和关闭的逻辑顺序，开放至零点后系统自动将楼层恢复受控。

1.1.8VIP功能
酒店管理人员可通过接待卡启动和关闭司机运行功能(前提是电梯本身必须具备司机功能和开关量接口),但必须使用同一张接待卡完成启动和关闭的逻辑顺序。

1.1.9状态转换功能
◆消防联动：由于IC卡电梯系统可实现与电梯消防信号的联动，故启
动消防信号后，电梯自动不受IC卡系统控制，以确保电梯在紧急
情况下的紧急使用。

◆手动转换：IC卡电梯系统可通过手动开关将电梯从IC卡受控状态转
换为非受控状态（即：自由电梯模式）。

◆自动检测：当系统检测到某些故障影响IC卡电梯系统的正常操作，
系统将自动脱离对电梯的控制，确保乘客的安全。

◆紧急情况：系统具备自检功能，也可在出现火警、自身故障时转换
为非受控状态。

◆脱机运行：系统可以达到脱机与联网两种独立的运行模式，并且可
以达到自动转换的运行模式，在电梯控制系统与电脑网络出现故障
时，系统自动转换为独立脱机方式，不影响系统的正常运行，如业
主用户卡不慎丢失，物管需要对业主卡片进行挂失、黑名单管理，
刷卡记录统计查询等个性化操作可以直接通过“手持式数据采集器
“实现在电梯轿厢采集口及中心管理电脑之间达到参数的设定和
数据的通信,一次可下载10台电梯系统满载记录，下载10秒以内，
操作灵活简单，同时脱机使用可以节省布线及工程成本，降低联网
所带来的故障率。

◆远程控制：系统可通过软件设置在某时间段内（如下班、节假日等
安全管制的时间段）自动对电梯进行管制，该设置信息可通过网络
或数据采集器传输给IC卡控制器，此时段业主或员工凭IC卡才能
打开摆闸或使用电梯，有IC卡则可操作使用电梯，无IC卡则不能
操作使用电梯，过了管制时间段后电梯自动转换为正常使用状态，
无须人为介入。

1.1.10软件管理
系统可对IC卡进行初始化、密码授权、发卡、换卡、补卡、黑名单及挂失、时间控制、使用查询等个性操作设置。

1.1.11酒店前台一卡通
◆IC卡电梯、门锁和酒店软件一卡通：酒店总台在给客人制作房卡时
可以在同一个酒店管理软件平台上制作好具备门锁及楼层权限的
房卡，该房卡（非接触式IC卡）可以同时在电梯系统、门锁系统
上直接使用，实现以上功能需贵司订购的门锁系统和酒店管理软件
满足以下要求--
◆电梯系统采用的非接触式IC卡（mifare-one，带16个扇区）读写
技术，门锁卡预留第5、6、7三个扇区供电梯系统使用，可根据房
卡厂家调整到其他扇区，需提前沟通。

◆梯控厂家需提供SDK(二次开发包)给酒店管理软件厂家或门锁厂家
按照梯控SDK(二次开发包)进行设计并整合至同一平台，以实现一
次发卡。

1.2 设备技术要求
1.2.1系统参数要求
◆自带RS485接口，可通过网络或数据采集器与电梯管理电脑进行数
据上传、下载等。

◆IC卡电梯控制器与电梯本身、电话网络设备系统采用“无源干触点”
连接，两者完全隔离，保证两者运行不相互干扰。

◆完善的黑名单管理功能，防止卡片遗失被没有合法使用权者拾到后
非法闯入。

◆IC卡电梯控制器记录每次成功刷卡使用电梯的相关信息（包括使用
者卡号、使用时间、所使用的电梯机号、所到达的楼层等信息），
该记录可通过网络或采集器从控制器中读出，以作统计、打印、存
档、查询。

◆IC卡电梯控制器具备管理100000张不同卡号的卡的能力，可存储
7200条电梯使用记录，管理1000张黑名单，存储记录在掉电情况
下，保证10年内不丢失。

◆可与电梯消防开关实现联动。

启动消防开关后，IC卡电梯系统断电
不工作，电梯恢复到原状态。

◆时间段限制：可灵活设置刷卡使用时段（即刷卡控制时段）和不刷
卡使用时段（即开放使用时段），二者功能过时间段后会自动转换。

◆系统与电梯本身系统采用无源触点连接，两者完全隔离，不会对电
梯原有性能产生任何影响。

◆全端口过流,过压,防雷保护,反压保护,瞬间过压短路保护,安全稳
定可靠。

◆具区段式增加,删除,查询卡号及楼层设定即可分时段设置对电梯的
控制如节假日时间权限设置。

◆产品自带自检装置当系统发生故障或者遭破坏时可送出讯号，会自
动从原系统中脱离，恢复电梯原状态，不影响电梯的使用。

◆具有断电自我检测功能，意外断电不但能确保数据的完整而且马上
自动脱离开电梯,让电梯恢复到原状态确保安全。

◆系统内核采用性能高，功率低32位工业级ARM芯片(ARM内核,可迅
速达到客户的个性化功能要求;)并且使用低功率的CMOS微电脑、
断电时人员及储存资料可保存10年绝不流失。

1.2.6系统管理中心软件说明
