One possible version:
Good moods are good for our lives and study. But many things can affect our feelings, such as colors, the weather ,bad things and so on. They can make us unhappy and upset. What’s worse, they are harmful to our health. In my opinion, I always feel nervous and couldn’t sleep well before a big exam. If that happens, I often listen to some music and watch TV to relax myself. Sometimes I may talk to my mother and she may tell me some funny stories to make me relax. Before going to bed, my mother will ask me to drink a cup of milk, she says it’s helpful to sleep.
In short, if we do something useful to keep in good moods, we will live a happy life.
