Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. They are essential for maintaining
proper digestion, supporting immune function, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and certain types of cancer. Aim to include a colorful array of fruits and vegetables in your meals to maximize nutritional intake.
