【摘要】With Eye Department of Tongren Hospital as the center, supported by information platform, ophthalmology regional collaboration medical service system is constructed and built, and the construction of ophthalmology regional collaboration medical service mode is explored. It is characterized by government leading, information platform support, specialized technology radiation, and regional collaborative medical treatment. Related system software development, hardware platform debugging and network construction of the whole information platform are based on the requirements. At the same time expert resource, equipment resource sharing and collaboration medical service mode are explored and promoted. The advantages of ophthalmic imaging diagnosis are given full play to for the national promotion in the future.%以同仁医院眼科中心为中心，以信息化平台为支撑建设建立眼科区域协同医疗服务系统，并探索构建虚拟眼科区域协同医疗服务模式。

其特点是政府为主导、信息化平台支撑，专科技术辐射、区域协同医疗。

整个信息平台根据需求进行相关系统软件的研发、硬件平台的调试、网络的搭建，同时对专家资源、设备资源共享，协同医疗服务模式进行探索和推广，发挥眼科影像学诊断优势，以利于后全国推广。
