【摘要】目的探讨纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染的临床应用价值.方法选择重症肺部感染患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者在其基础上行纤维支气管镜治疗.比较两组患者治疗效果、抗生素应用时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、肺部炎症基本吸收时间及住院时间.结果观察组患者治疗显效11例,有效17例,总治疗有效率为93.33％,对照组患者治疗显效8例,有效14例,总治疗有效率为73.33％,观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组
(x2=4.3200,P=0.0377).观察组患者平均抗生素应用时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、肺部炎症基本吸收时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P＜0.01).结论在重症肺部感染的治疗中,纤支镜肺泡灌洗能提高治疗有效率,具有较高的临床应用价
值.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of bronchoscopy lavage in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection. Methods Sixty patients with severe pulmonary infection were randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent conventional treatment, while the observation group underwent bronchoscopy lavage on the basis of the conventional treatment. The clinical effect, average time for using antibiotics, time for the disappearance of cough and expectoration, the fundamental absorption time of pulmonary inflammation, and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,
there 11 cases cured, 17 cases effective, with the the total effective rate of 93.33%. In the control group, there were 8 cases cured, 13 cases effective, with the total effective rate of 73.33%. The total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (x2=4.3200, P=0.0377). The average time for using antibiotics, time for the disappearance of cough and expectoration, the fundamental absorption time of pulmonary inflammation, and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group
(P0.01). Conclusion In the treatment of severe pulmonary infection, bronchoscopy lavage can improve the efficacy of treatment and has high clinical value.
