目前,汽车全景天窗顶盖外板修边冲孔模具设 计主要存在废料下滑不畅叭影响自动化生产效率等 问题。本文提供一种修边冲孔模具工艺可以避免此 类问题的产生。
摘要:以某车型全景天窗顶盖外板为例,通过零件典型特征分析介绍顶盖外板的冲压工艺,设计了汽车全景天窗顶盖外板的修边 冲孔工艺及模具。修边冲孔模主要考虑滑废料问题,顶盖周圈设计了整体式修边二次分切排料,天窗修边区域划分出若干个一次 修边区域及二次修边区域,通过两次修边使废料的排出更加方便。 关键词:冲压;顶盖外板;修边;二次切断;模具设计 中图分类号:TG386.1 文献标识码:B D01:10.16316/j.issn.1672-0121.2019.02.025 文章编号:1672-0121(2019)02-0090-04

Optimized design of stamping process for U beam of high strength plate

(Technical Center, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Hefei 230601, Anhui China) Abstract: The main problems in the forming of the longitudinal beam of high-strength steel are springback, sidewall warpage and wrinkling. Among these three problems, rebound and sidewall warpage are particularly difficult to solve. The occurrence of these two problems seriously affects the dimensional accuracy of the product, which brings great difficulties to the welding matching of the subsequent process. Through the prin­ ciple of various quality defects and the results of simulation analysis, the preventive measures of longitudinal beam parts in the product design stage and the influence of various parameters on the forming results in the forming analysis have been discussed in the text, such as blanking force, drawbead, blank dimensions and material properties, etc. According to the influencing factors, optimized design has been performed to the forming process of the longitudinal beam.
