Step 1 Greeting the students.
Step 2 Leading in the new lesson , and learn about the story books in this unit.
And finish 1a, check the books that the students know.

Step 3 Presention.
1.Look at the pictures. Ask the questions, “Have you read Treasure Island yet ? ”
Help to answer. “ Yes, I have. I’ve already read it. / No,I haven’t . I haven’t read it yet. “And pay attention to the Present Perfect Tense and make the students understand.
Then practice the conversations.
A: Have you read Little Women yet?
B: No, I haven’t. Have you?
A: Yes, I have already read it.
B: What’s it like?
A: It’s fantastic.
2.Practice more using the Present Perfect Tense.
Has she done her homework yet ? Yes, she has.
Has he finished his homework yet? No, he hasn’t.
Have they watched this cartoon? Yes, they have./ No, they haven’t.
Ask and answer more.
3.Pay attention to the Present Perfect Tense, explain its forms and usages.
现在完成时的构成:主语+ have/has + past participle +...
4.Pay attention to the past participle of the verbs.
Past participles:
1.规则变化finish finished finished study studied studied arrive arrived arrived
2.不规则变化
do did done read read read eat ate eaten go went gone
see saw seen come came come have had had hear heard heard
5.Pay attention to the adverbs “already/ yet”.
Step 4 Listening.
1. Listen and complete the chart in 1b, check the answers.
2. Go on with listening , finish 2a . “ Who has read these books? ” , and circle the names.
3. Listen again, finish 2b. Write T for true and F for false, then check the answers. Step 5 Speaking.
Use the information in 2a and 2b to talk about the books.
Step 6 Summary.
Step 7 Homework.
Learn the new words and expressions by heart.
