应用抗生素治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎的策略及其价值

【摘要】目的：研究应用抗生素治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎的策略及其价值。

方法选
取我院就急性阑尾炎患者90例，根据术后病理报告将所有患者分为急性单纯性阑尾炎组40例，急性复杂型阑尾炎组50例，急性单纯性阑尾炎组进行抗生素治疗，急性复杂型阑尾炎组采取手术治疗。

结果手术治疗效果优于药物治疗，但是切口感染率明显。

结论手术治疗效果优于采用抗生素治疗，但药物治疗能避免术后腹腔脓肿，伤口感染，且对于合并其它疾病的中老年患者以及小儿，具有安全
性。

%Objective To study the strategy and value of antibiotics in treatment of acute simple appendicitis. Methods 90 patients with acute simple appendicitis in our hospital were selected. According to the postoperative pathological reports,al patients were divided into two groups,acute simple appendicitis group(40 cases) treated with antibiotics,and acute complicated appendicitis group(50 cases)treated with operation. Results The treatment ef ect of operation was better than drug therapy,but the incision infection rate was significant. Conclusion The treatment ef ect of operation was better than that of drug therapy,but the drug therapy can prevent postoperative intra-abdominal abscess and wound infection. It is safe for the elderly patients and children with other diseases.
