Collection Authorization Agreement
This Collection Authorization Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [Insert Date] between [Insert Client's Name], with a registered address at [Insert Client's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Principal"), and [Insert Agent's Name], with a registered address at [Insert Agent's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Agent").
