写朋友的身高体重对比,英语作文
My Friends and Their Heights and Weights
I have a lot of friends at school, and one thing I've noticed is that we're all different heights and weights. It's really interesting to see how we vary in size, even though we're all around the same age.
One of my best friends is Tommy. He's the tallest kid in our class, and he's also pretty heavy. I think he's about 4 feet 8 inches tall, which seems super tall to me. And he weighs around 85 pounds, which is a lot for a kid our age. Tommy loves to play basketball and football, and I think that's why he's so big and strong.
Then there's my friend Sarah. She's one of the shortest kids in our class, but she's also really skinny. I'd say she's maybe 4 feet tall and only weighs around 50 pounds. Sarah is really fast and loves to run, which might be why she's so slim. She's always running around during recess and gym class.
My friend Michael is sort of in the middle when it comes to height and weight. He's about 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 65 pounds. He's not as tall as Tommy, but he's not as short as Sarah either. And he's not as heavy as Tommy, but he's
not as skinny as Sarah either. Michael is really good at soccer, which might be why he's kind of average in size.
One of the funniest things is my friend Emily. She's actually shorter than Sarah, but she weighs more than Tommy! Emily is only about 4 feet 2 inches tall, but she weighs around 90 pounds. She's really strong and loves to lift weights and do push-ups. She's always trying to get the rest of us to exercise with her.
Then there's my friend Jake, who is really tall and skinny. He's almost as tall as Tommy at 4 feet 7 inches, but he only weighs around 55 pounds. Jake is always drinking milkshakes and eating snacks, but I guess he just has a really fast metabolism or something.
My friend Lily is kind of the opposite of Jake. She's one of the shorter kids in our class at around 4 feet 3 inches, but she weighs around 75 pounds. Lily loves to eat and is always sharing her snacks with us. She's really strong too, even though she's not that tall.
It's just so interesting to see how different we all are in size. Some of us are tall and heavy, some are short and skinny, and others are somewhere in between. And our sizes don't always match up with what you might expect. Like, you wouldn't think that Emily would weigh more than Tommy, but she does!
I wonder if our heights and weights will stay the same as we get older, or if some of us will get taller or gain more weight. It'll be fun to see how we all change over the years.
Maybe by the time we're in high school, Sarah will be the tallest one and Tommy will be the shortest. Or maybe Jake will finally gain some weight and Lily will stay the same size. Who knows?
One thing's for sure, though – we're all friends no matter what our heights and weights are. We don't really care about that stuff. We just like hanging out together and having fun.
Still, it is pretty funny to look around the classroom and see how different we all are in size. From tiny Sarah to towering Tommy, we're a mismatched bunch for sure. But that's what makes us so special and unique.
I can't wait to see how we all grow and change as we get older. Maybe someday I'll be the tallest one in the class! Or maybe I'll end up being the shortest. Either way, I know my friends will still like me just the way I am.。
